TL;DR: Worth another try after many disappointing visits.
I’ve been coming to this Wing Warehouse location for quite some time. I wouldn’t call myself a regular, but I visit often enough to notice trends in both service and food quality.
I was hesitant to come back based on my experiences so far this year. Like many other reviewers noted, service had become consistently poor—10–20 minutes before anyone acknowledged the table, servers acting annoyed by your presence, and 45 minutes to an hour wait times for even a basic wing order.
That said, I wanted to watch some college rivalry games and eat wings. After reading recent reviews that echoed my past experiences (just to see if things changed), I decided to come anyway since I wasn’t in a rush and knew what I was getting into.
This visit was completely different.
I sat down and was greeted within one minute by Skylar. Drinks came out promptly. Orders were taken efficiently. The wings arrived in a very reasonable amount of time—exactly what should be expected at any restaurant, but very unexpected here based on recent history. It was a genuinely pleasant surprise.
I was so caught off guard that I ended up chatting with Skylar about it. The decline in service hasn’t gone unnoticed by the servers who actually care, and hopefully the owner. I understand that not every server will be great and that finding the right people takes time—but the difference is immediately obvious when you get someone who takes pride in their work.
I could easily list which servers are excellent and which are not, but instead I’ll continue leaving reviews that recognize exceptional service when it happens—and call out when it doesn’t.
So, thank you to Skylar for single-handedly restoring my willingness to remove this restaurant from the naughty list. Without this experience, this review would have gone in a very different direction, and I likely wouldn’t have returned.
To the owner: I know staffing is difficult, but the underperformers are obvious—and so are the standout employees. Consider cutting loose those who consistently hurt the experience and recognizing the ones who genuinely care, whether through bonuses, incentives, or profit sharing if that isn’t already happening. It makes a real difference.
Oh, I almost forgot: Even when the wait time is long between ordering and receiving the food, the food is usually very good. Rarely have I ordered something that I didn't like or that wasn't prepared properly. Wing flavors are always fabulous! I will say... If you're going to order something to-go and you don't live in the immediate area to be able to consume it quickly... it's probably not going to be as good as if you ate it at the restaurant. Tried that with nachos once. It didn't go very well! But never had horrible quality food dining in.

Of course it is a sports bar and excellent for watching yor favorite sports.. the service i encountered was so,so 6,7 . We did have issues with an order but in all it's a safe place to enjoy hanging out and watch your favorite sports team.

The owners need to taste the kibble coming out of the kitchen! If you wouldn't eat that stuff then why are you feeding my family this stuff? Im beyond insulted! Just wait until you poison the wrong person and they sue you! You would do better earing Wendy's then this place. Im crawling oht my skin in frustration from the poor quality!!!!! I serious wish I could repay the flavor with a jab lmao but seriously I'm very very unimpressed and will never step foot in your establishment of toxic food. Grosssssss!

I would give service ZERO stars if I could. our waiter had a little attitude barely checked on us. I did my payment online she ran outside to tell us the payment didn’t go through I had to show her on my phone I paid. she didn’t apologize or nothing just walked back in I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one if your going to dine

Service was fine I guess and it looks like your typical dungy bar but the portion sizes are diabolical. I can't believe how expensive their garlic fries are for like... 15 fries in a bowl. Plus the garlic fries were just pure oil. It's just too much for too little.

We love this place! They have a HUGE food selection and we have become regulars! My husband and I love trying out new sports bars and this is one we come to regularly! Ask for Ally, she is the best bar tender!

If I could give zero i would.. the last 3 times we've been here have been horrible. I don't know why we keep doing it. (Because it's close ) but we're done ! Don't waste your time with this place. We waited over an hour for our food and it never came. Service is horrible
