Fries were cold. Ask for ranch with both meals. Received none.

The wings are extremely bad quality, the employees don’t care about customers, and they take 20+ minutes to make an order, it’s ridiculous.

I ordered about two hours ago online. My order was well over $40. Online, it suggested I come 20-30 minutes after ordering, which I did. However that was not the case. I called the restaurant after 1.5 hours of waiting and my order is still not ready. When brining this to the workers attentions, they thought it was very funny and were being disrespectful. They then said it would be another minimum of 30 minute wait. This is ridiculous, especially after not even having my food yet AND spending a ridiculous amount of money on wings that are mid. There was no customer service. It was a mess in the restaurant as well.

We came from Texas and maybe we expect more. We ordered 2 regular blue cheese and 1 large blue cheese, we got 23 small containers of blue cheese. We ordered 2 large cheese dips, we got 3 tiny cheese dips. In Texas 3 tiny cheese dip containers would have been 2 Texas size containers for the same price. Also, our fries were more limp than McDonald’s or Wendy’s fries in a brothel. The seasoning on the fries shows that the north has no idea what it means to add seasoning, let alone extra seasoning. This is the second time we ordered from this location. We always hope that one bad time is a bad choice, but now it’s just a bad idea. I called to complain and hung up after a wait too long.
They won’t get back with you to make it right even though they say they will.

Ordered delivery through the app which DoorDash ended up “delivering”. Never received the order. Contacted Wingstop and told to contact DoorDash but told with an attitude. Not their problem. Reached out to DoorDash and told an appeal was made and to contact Wingstop for a refund since card info was given to WINGSTOP. Called Wingstop again and yet again manager had an attitude as if she the one spent $50+ on food. It’s called customer service and empathy when things get messed up. Not greeting patrons with an attitude. Cause we all know if it was them they’d be pissed spending money on food that was not received AND given attitude about correcting it.

Rude staff and the wait is always ridiculously long Ive been here twive and everytime it was over an hour wait. You can see employees in the kitchen goofing off and standing around and the wings them selves are omky okay not worth your time.

We ordered ahead and it took over half an hour after the designated time for us to get our food. I’m not sure if I will be using this location again.

Odd Thoughts

Make sure you check your food when you order from here . These people gave me the wrong order twice. First time was an online order. They gave me credit. Went in to get it replaced got home still the wrong order. They’re too busy talking and listening to music to get peoples orders right

Just really slow service and everyone was working super slow, just frustrating when you’re already hungry and the fries were super undercooked as well.

You walk up to the counter, tell the staff, "I'm picking up an order for Bob." "Bob?" they reply, and walk into the back. To the uninitiated, it may seem like they're going to get your order, or checking to see how long it will be. The truth is that the interaction is over. You'll sit and wait until it's ready, with no word on whether it will be one minute or (no exaggeration) 30.

I get it. Everyone is busy and understaffed. It's too much to ask your employees to say, "[number] minutes."
