Everytime I order lemon peper wings there is no lemon peper. My wing were hard and tasteless and the fires were not full wnough makes you not want to tip

Guy customer in here on speaker phone with his baby the girl worker on her phone cussing like a sailor.your at work get off phone and or at least be professional and not cuss infront of customers
These are some sorry folks. Dash 8 piece lemon pepper wings. Wings was wet! Sitting in grease and water and gave me a warm coke with no ice

I ordered on the app, but they delivered it TO THE RESTAURANT (and took a picture of it sitting on the counter of the restaurant). Delivery person ignored me when I tried to reach out. I reordered, so I was charged twice. I submitted screenshots of the app with delivery location, pictures of the double charge, and explained what happened. The manager lied to me and said I would be refunded. When I pointed out I never received the refund, they ignored me. I will never order from them again, and I used to at least once/month. They are willing to lose a customer over $26 over their mistake. I’ve never asked for a refund in my life until this happened. Their pettiness over 26 dollars boggles my mind. Do not support this business.
This was my 1st time ordering Wing Stop, and I doubt I'll order again. My son and I were hungry for wings, and we just saw a commercial for Wing Stop. We said why not. I downloaded the app, to place our order. We ordered the Game Time flavor bundle classic. It's 24 wings, 1 large fry, 5pc fried corn, and 2-20oz fountain drinks. You get 4-flavors on the wings, and 3 dipping sauces. We chose plain, Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan, and Hickory Smoked BBQ. It said our pick up order was going to be ready in 20 mins. So my son and I got in the car, and drove to the closest one which was close to 20 mins away. Once we arrived, we waited an additional 20 plus minutes for our order to be completed. We drove back home excited to eat our wings. Boy were we disappointed! Our wings were mid at best. The plain were overfried, hard, and kinda inedible. The Hawaiian and BBQ were a soft undercooked wing, Plus they were both thrown together and really couldn't tell which one was which. It was a new flavor combo. The garlic parmesan were cooked, but were just dry flavorless wings. The corn was absolutely horrible! We threw them away. The fries were fries. I was SO disappointed, and haven't had wings this bad since we ordered them from a piazza chain! For the 40 dollars (we tipped and rounded up) I doubt I will ever give Wing Stop a second chance. We will spend our money at our local establishments that we know will produce a quality Wing! Step your game up Wing Stop, because you are definitely LOSING!!

Employers here are very rude. They told my 10 year old kid he couldn’t afford anything from there and said he should leave an go to McDonald’s. That’s no way to talk to a kid or customer. He also accused my kid of being “up too no good” other employees laughed instead of helping. Very disappointed managers an district managers will be contacted.
Dude, some crazy stuff was happening around 9:30pm. Yet the staff remained calm, competed my order even though it was 50 wings!! This Wingstop has my respect, food was good and still hot. Staff was still nice and funny under pressure. 10/10 recommend this place even if they’re lowkey being robbed lol

Amazing! Best Wingstop in the greater Akron area. Place was clean, staff was friendly, order was correct, hot, and ready right on the dot. Plus they have the freestyle coke machine. I would go back for a second time today if I lived closer. Great experience. Keep it up

Witnessed a man, who i believe to have been mid support autistic, dealing with a family member on the phone pestering them for updates on an order. Manager answered the phone, apparently the same family member. Informed, in as professional a way as possible, the person on the phone that they were working on getting the order out as soon as possible however the customer on the phone had submitted the order for an hour later and the team was doing their best to get it out earlier since the originally placed time was incorrect (appeared that the customer was admitting to that being their mistake) all in all i feel like the staff was doing their best and the person on the phone was being impatient over their own mistake. Good for the manager for keeping her cool in the face of adversity 😀

I am absolutely APPALLED at how the manager spoke to me. Called me a liar and said he wasn't going to waste his time talking to me to figure things out. I ordered online and accidentally placed the order for an hour later than I wanted. Realized this once we got there. I sent my son in and he waited over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge him. All they asked was order name and he explained that we would like to have them make the order now if possible. They said they would work on it as soon as they could. I called my son several times cause I could see him through the windows. Another 10 minutes go by and again, no acknowledgement. I call the store and the guy tells me he will get a manager. Hangs up after 5 minutes on hold. I call my son and tell him to cancel the order. He tells me that they haven't talked to him anymore. Its been over 30 minutes at this point. I call in. Ask to speak to manager. He was actually the one who answered. I started to explain what was going on. He tells me he knows. Calls me a liar and tells me what I'm saying isn't true. He tells me they are short handed. I tell him I understand but 30 minutes is too long for anyone to wait to know what is going on. He tells me that he sees my blowing up my sons phone and that my son should be frustrated with me. Excuse me, I can call my kid as much as I want to see whats going on. I paid for the food! FYI...I called my son 3 times as I could see him just standing there. Manager tells me he isn't going to argue with me about it. I agree politely but am SHOCKED he is talking to me this way. I tell him to cancel the order and make sure I get a refund as once before they messed up an order and I never got my money back. Apparently after we hung up he was telling everyone inside that its not his fault I placed my order at the wrong time. Yes, he is correct about that. All they needed to do was Interact with my son and let him know they couldn't do it right then and we would have canceled the order. He is an absolute disgrace as a manager and I surely hope he gets reprimanded and some training on how to speak to PAYING customers. My family will NEVER return to that location and an email to Corporate has been sent.
