Just got my online order cancelled after an hour of not even preparing it. Last time I tried going in and it took 45 minutes to make 8 wings and fries. Wasn’t busy at the time. They got some serious work to do it seems and I say that with peace and love.
They are very lazy and they give you wrong estimate for the time to make your order. This store is terrible and the floor disgusting I don’t recommend it.
First time ordering from this location lastnight and was kind of disappointed because I love wingstop but my fries weren’t done and my corn was over done to hard to eat☹️ and was missing items that were on my order! 👎🏽👎🏽

Normally have great service, today not so much, food was fine but waited for an hour just to get food, then while eating our dinner, taylor and a customer got into a screaming match which is very unprofessional. Then the staff decided to stand in the kitchen a proceed to talk shit about it, while the manger was playing on her cell phone and On top of that there was at least another 15 customers waiting on there orders as well, honestly probably won't come back to this location ever again.

I've ordered twice from this location and both times the order was missing something. The first time the fries were missing and the second time there were 7 boneless wings missing. By the time I go back to get the missing item tha rest of my food is cold. I won't be ordering from this location again.

This was my first time ordering Wingstop after being persuaded by friends for months, I decided to try it. Saw a deal on UberEats, so used that and opted to do pick up. Unsure of sauce flavors and the general way the store worked, I asked an employee Kenny a few questions and the guy was incredibly friendly and took care of every question I had. Absolutely made the first experience to the franchise a good one. Give this man a raise, super attentive and made me feel like my order mattered. Also the only trash can I could find was a tiny one on a shelf by the straws, so that was neat. 10/10

I feel ripped off. To start, I was told a 63 minute wait, which was too long, and when I showed up 63 minutes later I still had to wait 15 minutes... Then my cajun wings had no seasoning on them, so they were just wings soaked in red hot, which was nothing at all like the flavor im used to. It was basically just wings with no flavor. This is the second time they have done this. Also, all of my 20 wings were wings with no flats. Im not returning to this location ever again, I'm done being ripped off. It's just wings I get it, but this is just an all around bad experience.

Fry's were greasy like they were just soaking in the oil, no seasoning. They only had two people working towards the end of the night they were not paying attention to the orders.
