First time ordering from this store. Was hesitant with already horrible reviews and I see exactly why. Got sweet chili glaze and this is what my wings look like. Absolutely no sauce. It’s not a hard job to do.

They held up and they did their job quickly. Wing stop is notoriously slow making orders for food delivery. That said, they were surprisingly fast 2 days ago. Keep up the good work.

Night time crew rude, left my door dash order on the thing and didn't tell me it was done for 10 minutes. Zero regard for others.

Don’t carry out here, they don’t seal your sauces at all. Barely sauces up their foods, fries came out cold. 2/10 don’t recommend

The Store Manager/AGM Chris needs some serious classes on how to talk to people, deal with customers and just being a decent human being. I called because last night when my food was delivered over half of it was missing and what I did get was wrong. Before I could even state my complaint he started running his mouth, put me hold multiple times and proceeded to call his GM (whom he refused to give me the name of). Then said had you called last evening I cld have done something. Well after repeating myself FIVE times that by the time I received my food they were already closed. Mind you I have call logs. Also told him I wasn’t provided a receipt because I ordered ONLINE but I do have my order in account. Long story short, he refused to refund any of my money, provide HIS manager’s name, continued to cut me off and proceeded to hang up on me!! I will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning and filing a formal complaint with corporate. I will NOT be STOLEN FROM and then treated as if I did something wrong.

5 Star Aesthetics

Absolutely horrible customer service, by far the worst Wing Stop location. Should be closed if this is a representation of a Wing Stop location. Placed an order online payment was taken from my account, contacted the Wing Stop to confirm my order. Upon arriving at the location they stated they did not have the order at all and didn’t know what happen to the order even after showing the representative who refused to give there name my receipt of payment.

Carried myself with good manor and speech, carried out my order. I get my order and it’s wrong as well as on the receipt, as they continue to tell me they can’t do anything about their mistake. Yet there is an option for what I picked, for a reason. I will not eat what they have given me, yet they won’t give me my correct order. Didn’t eat and spent forty dollars just to waste my time, thank you. Ranch will go in fridge I guess.

Saltiest food I've ever had the misfortune to eat.
Kitchen was backed up with carryout orders and it took 20 minutes to get served. We we re the only seated table.
Avoid unless you enjoy salt licks.

My order was DOGGY. Literally opened up the box and laughed out loud. I had the worst day at work, ordered wingstop to pick up on my way home. My fries were ice cold. Full stop. Undercooked damn near. I threw them in the air fryer to try and salvage them, poured myself a beverage, pulled them out. Sat down to enjoy as best I could the meal I had been looking so forward to and then opened my wings. I had ordered them well done, and Korean bbq flavor. They were cold and dry smh 😔
