Placed an order for delivery and an item was missing and some of the food was subpar. Called and talked to the manager who told me that I could drive 20 minutes to get replacement food. I asked if that could be redeemed at a later date because it wasn't worth the drive out there that late at night. He said that I might be able to call the next day and speak to someone then. The manager told me this in between him laughing at different points in the conversation. I was also told to contact Doordash about the missing item. Called Doordash and they couldn't get ahold of the merchant, so they told me to call the merchant. I said I already tried. I was then told again to contact the merchant myself.

The absolute worst Wingstop location. Contacted Kat who is the general manager. Politely asked for the number to corporate. Stated since it’s a franchise they don’t have dealings with corporate.Asked for a full refund. Kat informed me I will have to bring every item back and she will refund me my money. Not only did I place the order by phone I was told the card machine wasn’t working. I then went in to obtain my order was informed that my order was voided and Champ would have to renter my order. I was then told I had to wait an additional 25 minutes due to them being short staffed. I definitely understood and patiently waited for my order. Once I got home I noticed that my order was completely wrong. I reached out to the Wingstop corporation ( which I found the number on Google) for my experience I was granted a $10 gift card that was way less than my money and time.

While the food ordered was fine if not hastily shoved into a single bag while crushing most fries and breaking some styrafoam boxes we were missing 1/4 of our wings ordered. When I called I was reassured that they would be ready to pickup and I was on the way there just to be told we would be waiting another 30 minutes until it would be ready. Demonstrating no ability to want to fix their own mistakes and show decent customer service. So make sure to open every container there to make sure you got everything you payed for.
Wings had no sauce on them just a dribble and wings are cold will not go to this location again. And dirty people cooking ur food without hairnets.

I was really leary about going here after reading the reviews. But the young lady at the counter was very helpful. She said it would be out in 8 minutes, and it was 8 minutes. Hot and fresh. Kid in the kitchen might not wanna scream the F word while people are eating here, but whatever. We will eat here again for sure.Vegetarian options: Go to a feed store if you want veggies.
Overwhelmed is an understatement. I ordered online and grabbed my food on a random Friday night. They were super busy, but my food was perfect. Everything cooked as ordered. They definitely have a great staff.

The fries have a sweetness and salty flavor.. Tenders and fries were hot. I order my tenders with garlic Parmesan and I have to say I couldn't find any garlic just a light sprinkle of Parmesan powder cheese .. please make note the beverage center of the restaurant was horrific the soda machine was covered with blackness from dirty hands touching it . The machine it's self didn't look as if anyone had ever cleaned it.. a wet cleaning cloth would do wonders for it. will not revisit restaurant in Springfield Township, Ohio 44312.. the personnel looked frumpy in dress and hygiene obviously lacked interest.. and I must say they appeared all to be older adults..
