We have been there twice with the same results. Most current in Feb. Had a reservation for 7:30 it was 9:20 and our entrées were still not out. 9:25 wife’s steak comes out and it’s wrong. I asked for to speak to a manger no one came. Finally we decided to leave and was insulted by the young lady who brought the wrong steak out. Asked me if I’ve been there before i replied yes so she told me then don’t come back I was shocked as were the other tables surrounding us. I called twice and left 2 messages for the owner to please call me. No response. Young lady also told me you know nothing about the restaurant Business I told her 2 hours is unacceptable I really don’t need to know anything else. Never again.

A hidden gem for an upscale and cozy evening of Italian dining. The staff is always fabulous and the food consistently amazing. This establishment is a dying breed hosting incredible people and even more incredible dishes. If you lack patience for a quality meal and charming service, even during their dinner rushes, stick to Applebee's, as this sanctuary is wasted on you. Wise Guys for life.

On the weekend, to ensure seating(bar as well), make a reservation. There is no waiting area. We started with bread and olive oil. The bread was delicious.😋 I had a ceasar salad, shrimp Alfredo and limoncello cake. I wish I had gotten the prawns with Alfredo instead. Portions were good. My sister had Salmon, mashed potatoes and house salad. She was very pleased. All in all it was a good dining experience.

Anniversary dinner with big hopes. Shrimp scampi was great. Steaks were over cooked and way over seasoned, to the point of uneatable. We watched people returning them all around us. My spouse ate the center and left the rest. Wine? Forget about it- server said the list has been out dated for 10 yrs. Atmosphere is amazing but we won’t go back.

It's been awhile since I had a meal as nice as this steak was cooked perfect. All the dishes came out at perfect temperatures. Friendly service. Great evening and food! Highly recommend!

First of all our waitresses, Jodee, was phenomenal!!! Secondly our food was super delicious!!! My husband loved his chicken parm and my pork chop was one of the best pork chops I have ever had!!! The ambience was beautiful.

Prices are fair for what you get and of course just like any place some items was over priced but you know... service awesome whis I could remember her name I would of said ask for her if you ever go. Food was good, risotto was on point but the Lamb chops was a little over cooked for me as I like mine rare rare, but other than that we had a good time...you should try it at least once if you never been it just might turn out to be a place you can't stop from coming back again and again..

We visited friends for New Years and they made reservations at Wise Guys. We were getting in from Virginia rather late, so reservations were at 8:30. There was no waiting and we were seated immediately. We had our choice of a booth or table and we chose a booth. Our server, Jodee, showed up at our booth as we were settling in and she graciously took our coats and hung them up in a coat room for us, as space was limited in the booth.
We ordered drinks and got the stuffed banana peppers appetizers, which was amazing.
I ordered the 22 ounce ribeye with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The steak came out and Jodee asked I check it for temperature. It was perfect medium rare. Honestly, it was the BEST steak I remember having. It was delicious. The service could not have been better. So glad our friends chose Wise Guys for dinner.
When I am back in NE Ohio, I will be back at Wise Guys! The steak and Jodee were top notch!
