I’ve been ordering from this shop for 6 years but tonight they literally lost my service over charging me a 18” pizza combo and I literally got a 16” pizza combo I knew the size wasn’t right so I called them back but it didn’t matter I was wrong in her minds she argued me over the phone , I even measured the pizza and shot a few photos I just feel cheated completely!! Prob wont go back there now!!

This place has been a great experience. The pizza is great. The drive-thru store is a fabulous idea, and the people working are so friendly and helpful. If ever I the area again I will go here.

Ordered a pizza combo sub. Without onions, olives and green bell peppers. Get it home and it's all in there! Disappointed to say the least after the great service we've had before.

I have been coming here since they opened the new drive-thru. I normally do not give reviews, but I was highly pleased with the team working Friday night (3/28).
Working 12 hours on the road, I ordered boneless wings plain to take home. Ultimately they gave me buffalo wings that I did not order or eat. I called once getting home to find out, and they we're insisting to DELIVER me the correct order. Though I did not take them that night.
I figured I'd chance it again and ask for the same order, knowing about yesterday they provided excellent PLAIN boneless.
Will keep going back, as they're great to have around Albany.

For the past year or so we typically order at least two times a week from Pizza Stop but the last two pizzas and the last order of Subs were all overcooked I don't think you will be in business long that way. I'm not sure what is so hard about baking a pizza but they find ways to screw it up. No consistency.
