I went there a few months ago and my mom’s purse was stolen. I called multiple times to this store and asked for the manger who told me they would look at surveillance video but they never called. Finally I went in and it was all new staff and was told the manager who used to work there was fired for theft.
Now I know what happened to my mom’s purse. They hire thieves and junky’s. Don't go to this pathetic place unless you want to get ripped off and served by crack heads and thieves.

This was the best Subway in the country over a year ago. Now it's the worst one in the country. Understaffed, always out of something. Good luck if you get there and you aren't the only person in the place, because if not, you'll never get waited on. Employees are brain dead and slower than a turtle walkin' through peanut butter!!! One guy cut himself in the back washing dishes or something, the other goes back to help him get into the first aid kit and they were both too high or brain dead to accomplish getting the guy a simple bandaid. Employee making your sub is always "new" so they never know how to make it. Please whoever owns this place, just give up and let another restaurant move in that actually cares!!!! I vote for Jersey Mike's!!!

I got there at 920 seating at the drive thru for 5 minutes moved up to the window. Employee finally came to window said they were closed. I stated sign says open until 930, she said it was close enough to 930 also said they haven't been busy. I wonder if I ordered $100 worth of food and gave them $50 and said close enough what would happen.
