I made an online order 4/3 at 7pm , my order was charged and moved 3 days away, when I tried to call and cancel the order there was noone at the store for 3 days. Your website says you are open till 9pm. The same website your "we are closed" message directed me to...this is not the first time I have had this issue with your establishment, it's unacceptable and I won't be eating here anymore.

Was really craving some chicken and jojos and have enjoyed Al & Dave's in the past. I understand they have a long wait and I'm not bothered by that at all. Unfortunately, I can't even get through to the place. The phone rings busy and all online ordering says it's unavailable until tomorrow. They don't close for 2 hours. I have called repeatedly and given plenty time in between. It's like they took the phone off the hook on purpose? Idk but just sharing my experience. Now I have to go find some thing else to eat. Hope to change this review next time I attempt to order.
They hardly put any cheese or pepperoni on the pizza. It was oversauced n too done. Not what they used to be eww.

Ordered tonight. Kids loved the spaghetti and meatballs, but the pizza was terrible. It looked as if it sat out for awhile and the cheese was very dry. Al & Dave's was my favorite when they were beside the Circle K and Burger Hut. I'm extremely disappointed the quality of the pizza is not what it used to be.
