“5-Star Review Visited Texas Roadhouse in Alliance, Ohio on August 12, 2025, at 6:30 pm, and had an absolutely amazing experience. Our waitress, Skylar, was outstanding — very friendly, fast, and attentive. She made sure our food arrived promptly, always had a smile, and made the experience feel easy and enjoyable. A big shoutout to the cook who prepared my 8 oz well-done steak — it was phenomenal! Honestly, the best steak I’ve ever had from Texas Roadhouse. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. Texas Roadhouse, please keep these amazing employees. They truly made our night. Excellent service, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you!”

“I work a few doors down at the Jersey mikes in the same plaza. As much as i like our own food. I was wanting something different for lunch. I wasn't able to get my order till 10 minutes later after it was ready. The two women working had kept it the oven so it stayed warm. I redeemed a free chip. They was hot and fresh. I also got given an extra scratch off ticket. 10/10. Everything was good enough for me ( im not to picky tbh) .”

“I didnt catch the name of the wonderful lady who served me and my husband. She was very nice and efficient. The sandwich was one of the best ive had. It was the honey mustard chicken. Veggies looked so fresh! I would recommend”

“I went to the drive thru yesterday and ordered THE BOX. I asked for 2 dips because it is delicious and with the size of the tenders I thought I would need 2. I was surprised to be charged extra for it when in the picture it shows 2 containers. Also I didn't get the container of cole slaw at all as shown in the picture. Just not happy with my order from yesterday.”
