I haven’t eaten in a Burger King in many years. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service we received today at the State Street Burger King in Alliance. James, who took our order, brought the entirely correct food to our table, checked on us, brought us a to-go bag, and cleaned up after us. Super friendly and well-organized restaurant!

The food is always hot & good, with the Whopper meal featuring a perfectly grilled patty, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and fresh bun. The original chicken sandwich is also a notable choice. The manager is wonderful and patient with his staff. However, the icee machine is often broken and it is very rare to be able to get a milkshake or icee. The drive-thru experience is efficient and straightforward, and the parking lot is ample with accessible parking spots and entrances. Overall, Burger King in Alliance, Ohio, is a solid choice for a satisfying fast-food experience.
