“First time here. Reserved online and seated right away. They were out of several items. Ordered drinks, appetizer and steak. Their order system seemed confusing to the server as well as us. They don’t serve bread, so waiting well over an hour for our dinner, we became bored and a little frustrated. It would have been nice if our server checked on us or kept us updated.. but that didn’t happen. Finally approached the owner, who did his best to get things moving. Apologized and comped a dessert and drink, but after nearly 2 hours and 10 min. Before closing we packed up the rest so we could leave. Expensive for all we went through. Not sure if we’ll try it again or not. The steak was excellent; salmon overcooked and had to ask for missing sides.”

“Food here is good. We almost always order bone in wings as I'm gluten free. And they DO NOT OFFER GLUTEN FREE OR CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST. My Hubs gets a Stromboli which he loves!Always carry out, cannot eat in. Parking there is crazy if more than 2 people are there or if people just pull in. Striped lot would be nice.”

“A lot of the employees are hardly over the age of 18 and are just trying to make it through school and sports and still come in to work. I'm very proud of the kids that work here and put up with grownups screaming in their faces for some reason. They behave and handle the situations like adults. Prices are going up everywhere and yet they still have the best dollar menu in town. Never really have a problem with wait times. Anytime something is wrong with my order all I have to do is talk to someone without treating them like trash and it's never a problem. They apologize and sometimes even try to make up for it by adding something like cinnamon twist or something. PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES TREAT THEM LIKE PEOPLE AND THEY WILL MAKE UP FOR THEIRS!”

“My first of many visits here today. The food was so good and such big portions. The owner explained everything on the menu for the day and gave us samples for our first time. The jerk chicken is amazing and she really takes the time and puts the love into her food. “My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this establishment. The server(ANNA) was excellent!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and sweet. The food was delicious. Starting with the romaine salad, large, crispy, and the dressing was ceader like, but a little different. Excellent!! As for the entrees. My wife ordered the gnocchi with meat sauce. Unbelievable!!! Lite,soft, and perfectly prepared!! The sauce was just as good. She soaked the last little bit up with her ciabatta bread. I had the filet mignon. Perfectly cooked to medium rare!!! Well seasoned, and accumulated by smashed red skin potatoes, and steamed broccoli. Great meals. To finish it off Anna suggested the chocolate chip cheesecake tort. A perfect end to a great meal!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!”

“The food here is awesome! I was a little surprised that you have to order food at the counter before you can be seated. The people are very kind. I selected the Reuben special, but then I regretted not getting some of that awesome chicken. There weee seven in our group and they had everything from pancakes, to chicken sandwiches and chicken and waffles. Huge portions! We will be back.”

“Our neighbors had stayed at Gervasi about a year ago and raved about the experience. In fact, some of the neighbors returned again for the April 8, 2024, Solar Eclipse. We were invited to join them and could not have been more impressed. The grounds, Crush restaurant, Still House coffee shop, villas and rooms were IMPRESSIVE. We imagined ourselves back in Tuscany with the stone villas, walkways, lattes, linguini dishes, wines, etc. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delivered almost immediately to our room. The weather cooperated and we dined outdoors on the patio of our villa with friends. Our only regret was that prior plans prevented us from attending Gervasi's See and Sip Solar Eclipse Party. Gervasi has many special events - outdoor concerts, seasonal parties, wine tastings, etc. We hope to return soon to see the flowers and trees in bloom and go to a party there.”
