“My husband and I stopped in the drive thru getting some beverages. Myself, wanting a coffee, my husband asked if it was fresh? The nice young lady, named Emily said no ,but asked if we'd like her to make some. We answered yes,please! How appreciated and kind to do that!!!Wonderful Customer Service!! Glenn, at the drive thru window, greeted us and handed the cold drinks with a carrier and shared of the coffee almost available! We appreciate the caring and kindness of these two associates amd the store ! We definitely will be returning amd tell our friends! Thank you Manager of the Louisville store !! 😊“

“The food was good, and very nice employees. I haven't been in TB for a few months, and I was so surprised and disappointed with the high prices and the small amount of food they offer. I know... i know... The economy in our country is terrible, but Yikes! Went back today, they remodeled that Taco Bell. Very beautiful. How come you guys don't offer the Taco Salad anymore?“

“New McDonalds in Louisville, Ohio! Only downfall was service - regular customer came up to the counter to get a coffee refill and the female worker there advised him they were too busy for her to get his coffee refill, found that rude. Hard to get help at register also. Hope it stays clean and nice!“

“it literally was perfect ! the management was so nice all staff worked together it was a great atmosphere!! My food was hot and fresh and even saved me money by giving me deals ! What a great store !! definitely 5 stars it was also very clean and good prices , will definitely be going back again“
