“My husband and I stopped in the drive thru getting some beverages. Myself, wanting a coffee, my husband asked if it was fresh? The nice young lady, named Emily said no ,but asked if we'd like her to make some. We answered yes,please! How appreciated and kind to do that!!!Wonderful Customer Service!! Glenn, at the drive thru window, greeted us and handed the cold drinks with a carrier and shared of the coffee almost available! We appreciate the caring and kindness of these two associates amd the store ! We definitely will be returning amd tell our friends! Thank you Manager of the Louisville store !! 😊“

Only downfall was service - regular customer came up to the counter to get a coffee refill and the female worker there advised him they were too busy for her to get his coffee refill, found that rude. Hard to get help at register also. Hope it stays clean and nice!“

“They were so accommodating to our party of 14. We were at the Palace Theater and wanted a late night place to eat for a group of adults with kids. They reserved their back room for us and the food and service were better than we expected. Definitely recommend, especially for late night eats!“

“I had a really great experience at Mr. Hero’s on 62! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good, but what stood out the most was the customer service. Rue was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, patient, and welcoming, and she made sure everything was right with my order. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience instead of just rushing through the interaction.

It’s always nice when you come into a restaurant and the person helping you has a positive attitude and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Rue definitely made my visit better, and I really appreciate the time and effort she put into making sure everything went smoothly. “We had an great time at the Brew Kettle on Saturday when we were visiting for the Fantasy Football Expo. This is a dining experience that you don't want to miss out on. The Steak Sub is truly one of a kind and I've had many, many steak subs in my life. This is one of the best and every beer I had from their own brewery, was crisp and tasty as well. The Fire Smoked applesauce shouldn't be passed on either. The cone this girl gave me was to die for, it was smashed in all its goodness in a plastic cup filled to the brim topped with a beautiful pristine cone. i couldn't even wait to get home , we didn't even leave the parking lot before it was gone.

the iced caramel coffees, oh my lord, they are the BEST iced coffees we've ever had from a mcdonald's in all the years we've gone there. it's absolutely fire, it's beautiful and just scrumptious, my eyes indulged before my stomach even could.
