Only downfall was service - regular customer came up to the counter to get a coffee refill and the female worker there advised him they were too busy for her to get his coffee refill, found that rude. Hard to get help at register also. Hope it stays clean and nice!“

James, who took our order, brought the entirely correct food to our table, checked on us, brought us a to-go bag, and cleaned up after us. Super friendly and well-organized restaurant!“

“They were so accommodating to our party of 14. We were at the Palace Theater and wanted a late night place to eat for a group of adults with kids. They reserved their back room for us and the food and service were better than we expected. Definitely recommend, especially for late night eats!“

“An all around consistently great experience. The lady behind the counter is very pleasant and personable. I visit this restaurant at least 3-4 times per month. I usually order through the app and pick it up inside to avoid the line at the drive thru. All of my orders are always 100% accurate and the food is consistently excellent. The small dining area inside is always clean, even in the winter.“

“Excellent food and plenty to choose from. Loaded tots make a good starter. The burgers are very good, especially the Inferno Burger. Fries have a nice crisp to them. “We had an great time at the Brew Kettle on Saturday when we were visiting for the Fantasy Football Expo. This is a dining experience that you don't want to miss out on. The Steak Sub is truly one of a kind and I've had many, many steak subs in my life. This is one of the best and every beer I had from their own brewery, was crisp and tasty as well. The Fire Smoked applesauce shouldn't be passed on either.
