Unpleasant and rude night shift Manger Erin. Took my order, I asked for, and Erin rang me up a large meal. I received the sandwich and a straw in a small bag and a small drink. Questioned the person in the window that I didn't receive the correct order, and that person went back and made my order correct.

Ordered ahead but service was extremely slow, we waited through drive through line and then waited around 10 more minutes at the window. We only ordered two sandwiches with nuggets and a $4 mealdeal at first we thought oh it will be hot and fresh...we were wrong fries were cold and nuggets only lukewarm only thing hot was the baconator probably will stop somewhere else next time

Disappointed with Repeated Order Mix-upsI gave this Wendy's a shot two days consecutively, using their app for both orders, only to be let down each time. On the first night, I ordered a chicken sandwich but received a hamburger instead. Given that it was late, I decided against returning it.
