“I had several bad experiences here in the past and was avoiding this play at all costs. last night I figured I would try one more time, glad I did, my server Bethani was fantastic, polite and very helpful, it was hands down the best burger I've ever had, whoever cooked it was on point, and my fries were very fresh and hot, you have once again earned my loyalty, and I plan on eating here a couple times a week now.“

“I am at Puckers almost every day due to the location of where I work. In the five almost six months I have been going there they havent once messed up my order. They are also always extremley friendly, greeting me by name whenever I come in. Even when they are busy, they always get to me ASAP and always have a great attitude. The food is also great and I love their specials. I highly reccomend this place!“

“My husband and I recently, 5/21/2023, stopped in for lunch. The food we ordered [Breaded AZ Cauliflower, Salad Steak & Blue, Soup Potato Lovers Bowl & 10 Wings] were all amazing!!! What I can say out the gate, this wasn't really the cleanest BK I've ever been in. Not filthy, just could use a nice sweep and mop and some attention to the bathroom. But that's neither here nor there.
The employees we're fine, the girl taking my order was nice. I tried ordering my signature Whopper off of the app, but the app was telling me they didn't have certain ingredients I needed, like jalapenos, and told me that they didn't make Whoppers without buns! So I had to order from the counter.
The girl took my order, and after a few minutes I got my food. I watched the guy make it, and he made one of the best damn Whoppers I've ever had! They usually throw the mayonnaise and ketchup packets in a bag, but he went the extra mile and actually slathered my patties with mayonnaise, and spread ketchup over the rest of it!
Got back to my truck, got my keto bread, and made one of my Whoppers. It was so much, I'll have another Whopper here in about an hour!
This Burger King location, definitely meets this BK ambassadors seal of approval, and I will be notifying corporate!

“Elite location. Best McDs in NE Ohio in my professional opinion (130,000+ McDonald's app rewards points since 2018).
Unlike hit or miss locations that serve lukewarm fries 50% of the time, Sunset Strip always serves hot and fresh food. From top to bottom, I truly appreciate all the staff there. They care about the quality of their food and service, and it shows.“

“I feel bad for the workers at McDonald's seems like as a company they have no interest in keeping up with appearances. Most of the restaurants you go to are run down and dirty. I'm sure understaffing is part of the reason but they need to figure it out. Usually the food is still good.“

“A little slow to getting at the counter to take our food order. Maybe they're consider more modernized with tech ordering machines. There's a few machines at this location. Most of the empty tables were in need of being wiped off and the drink area needed a swipe as well.
During working hours there's usually a lot of traffic,making it very difficult to go left out of the parking lot.“
