“I had several bad experiences here in the past and was avoiding this play at all costs. last night I figured I would try one more time, glad I did, my server Bethani was fantastic, polite and very helpful, it was hands down the best burger I've ever had, whoever cooked it was on point, and my fries were very fresh and hot, you have once again earned my loyalty, and I plan on eating here a couple times a week now.“

“I remember when I first went here. My son told me that I had to try this restaurant. When we pulled in I said, CHICKEN FINGERS sarcasticly. I went it & today it is one of my favorite places to go! So, do not judge a restaurant by its name. Go in & try their food. It may surprise you!!“

“Drove 30 min to get there then 30 min in line Started my order with 2 large Mac and cheese was told they were out of it ! So I said thank you and left! How can you be out of Mac and cheese at 5:30 on a Saturday night!!!“

“I'm completely aware that as this is a large national fast food chain I could leave a 1 star review, make a comment like "they punched my dog, insulted my mom, and worst of all gave me diet Coke" and people would flock here anyway. Someone might even say "Your dog had it coming!" Luckily none of that happened. It's a very friendly place, and the food is always on the better end fast food. Also this is the only place in North Canton that has yet to give me stale fries, and that alone places them truly among the gods. If I had to nitpick over something, the parking lot was very snowy and slippery this last time. I don't know whether that was because they were hit by surprise by this morning's snow like everyone else, or an evil plot to make people trudge through snow (which let's be honest is an evil plot so simple yet petty that you have to give it serious respect). What I do know is it's delicious, a good value, they have the meats, and occasionally I can actually convince the wife we should go there.“

“For a chain this Fazoli's has improved since our last visit. It's cleaner, the staff is more efficient and friendly, and the portions are bigger.“

“An employee made my day today!! A simple smile and called my bun a “SpongeBob bun”. I have smiled all day. From now on a bun with sesame seeds, will always be a SpongeBob bun. Service was great. Food was great. Very memorable experience.“

“I feel bad for the workers at McDonald's seems like as a company they have no interest in keeping up with appearances. Most of the restaurants you go to are run down and dirty. I'm sure understaffing is part of the reason but they need to figure it out. Usually the food is still good.“

Unlike hit or miss locations that serve lukewarm fries 50% of the time, Sunset Strip always serves hot and fresh food. From top to bottom, I truly appreciate all the staff there. They care about the quality of their food and service, and it shows.“
