Always reeks of piss, which is usually on the floor. The tables always look wiped with a dirty cloth leaving white streaks that make me not want to touch the table. Place wasn't even busy so I don't understand why things aren't properly cleaned.“

“I have visited several bars in Canton and Basement locations and this spot is head and shoulders above the rest with their customer service! They ask how you are doing and actually listen to your answer! Waiters, waitresses, and bar tenders make every guest feel like a regular. Same AWESOME service on holidays too! I usually come within the last hour or so they are open and everyone treats you like you are the first customer of the day. They keep their kitchen open very late, which is awesome to have quality food options late night. Food is always fresh and tasty with great portions for the price. “It Applebee's. It's the same as every other Applebee's. The food was good, the service was good, the management was good. The only complaint I have is that the coleslaw was just raw cabbage and carrots. The management was really nice and offered to replace it with anything on the menu.“

Each time we were greeted promptly & politely. Our 2nd time, our waitress was awesome....she was so fun! “The food was as good or better than advertised. I often use Trip Advisor to find good places to eat and yes, it's often that they must also serve adult beverages. But the food took forever to come. Apparently, they waited a long time on one of our orders. In that case the server should explain and ask if want to wait for everyone's meal or bring out the 3 orders that are ready. Either way, I bet it took 30 minutes to get our food. Others came in after us and were served and left before we got out meals.That said, man, the food was awesome!“

“My experience as Jerzee’s Sports Pub was absolutely amazing. After a delicious meal and yummy drinks, we were given the check. We were pleasantly shocked by the total. This restaurant gave us the most bang for our buck on our entire trip. The service from Lyndsey was phenomenal! I got the Stir Fry bowl with steak and it was delicious. “We had so much fun at dinner! 1st Bugsy's employees are the kindest people! To me that's my fav about visiting any location. Next I love the paper covered tables we pulled out a pen and put the phones away, while this Italian music is playing in the background next thing you know we're drawing on the table then we start humming and singing along quietly as not to disturb other guests lol!!!
