“We came here to celebrate my son's birthday. He loves the PEI mussels here and says they are the best in the area. He wanted the sports bar instead of the steakhouse. On a Saturday night, the bar area was about 3/4 full so we were seated immediately. Our server was quick to take drink orders. They have around 25 craft beers on tap along with a good wine and cocktail selection. This part of the restaurant is a sports bar and the decor reflects that. There are numerous big screen TV's located above to watch a game. Food orders were taken and they came out pretty quick. We had that calamari as an appetizer. They come with three dipping sauces, marinara, garlic butter and Thai asian. Calamari was cooked perfectly. For entree, I had the herbed cod. It was not overcooked, flaky, and actually quite tasty. My wife ordered the petite filet, medium rare. They got the medium rare correct and it was tender and flavorful. My son got his favorite, the PEI mussels. There are a nice amount of them and they are served in a buttery sauce that you can soak up with fresh bread. Our server was attentive and efficient. We all left happy and full. My only negative is that the bar area is quite noisy. It is hard to converse because of all the bar chatter going on.“

Honestly, the incident did occur, but, the owner has gone above and beyond to make it right, and one incident out of the many years we have patronized Tailgators truly is a darn good record! Tailgators is a wonderful place, with delicious food, and fantastic service and, if you're fortunate enough to have Heather, you will see an exceptional lady! If you haven't been, give them a try!“

“I visited this restaurant with approximately 12 others for a birthday party. The server that we had for the party her name was AJ. We all had exceptional And Timely service and the food was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant at this location.“

“usually I do not waste my time doing reviews. On Tap is a really nice place with good food and USUALLY good service. HOWEVER today 8/27/23 my service here was terrible, the guy who brought out our food dumped my onion rings on the tray and picked them up with his Bare hand put them back on my plate and gave me my food that's gross dude.. Our server took our order brought us our drinks and we didn't see her again until we flagged her down to get a to go box and our check she took the card we were paying with and proceeded to ask around and take peoples orders with our card. don't think I will be coming back for a while“

“Great venue for live bands (free shows) - I've seen some great bands like Bazooka Proof, One Foot in the Grave, MKUltra, etc. food has always been tasty, the beer has been cold and the prices reasonable.“

“food was great....... except for the chicken wings. we came out of state from Buffalo NY for a concert in Akron OH. seen this place so we stopped. the portions are great for the price. I did the half rack of ribs and they were pretty good. my wife got a bacon cheese burger and loved it. said it was juicy and good flavor. the mac n cheese wedges were awesome. now this is where it turned. being from Buffalo I am spoiled and know my wings. I got the Cajun wings from here in a 5 piece to take and snack on back at the hotel. I took one bite and never finished them. the texture of the meat was super dense like they were boiled instead of deep fried and the skin was rubbery and almost like paper thin. the Cajun sauce was good but the wings themselves were just not my cup of tea. they don't come close to REAL Buffalo chicken wings. all in all I still highly recommend this establishment and the rest of the food. also prices, atmosphere, our waitress and the rest of the staff was excellent.“
