“8/14/25 at around 3 PM. The young female you had waiting on customers at the front counter is exactly the type of exceptional person you want working at your business. I'd try to keep her around & have her train other employees- even at other locations, if it were my business. She was polite & pleasant, well-spoken, & prompt with service. The food was fresh & hot. I don't normally have to stop & eat in Minerva, but I got held up with my work, so I decided to stop in. No regrets, job well done, and thank you.“

“I had got the three piece chicken all white, but they gave me two pieces of white and one dark with a hard biscuit that doesn't give you the thought of freshness so if they can work on that it's a pretty nice place to sit down and have lunch (KFC PART)“
