“My kids and I love Dairy Queen, and I always hear ppl complain about the wait time at the store in Minerva. Now Yes it is a wait, but to play devil's advocate here I always see the employees working with limited help. To be fair ppl order food and it's made to order which is why it's always good and hot never soggy and cold. Ppl also order intricate ice cream concoctions. On top of preparing hot meals with limited help. Go next door and u either can't get an ice cream bc of machine or no ice cream on a cone maybe in ur hands with no napkins. 1 is quality and the other is the Tasmanian devil of raising prices for less/wrong/unreliable. At Dairy Queen I might wait, but at least it's worth it and I know what to expect. It's not the employees fault for understaffing. Maybe management could suggest a system of stations for each job and a helper who goes in between tasks when needed. I really like that Dairy Queen, and even with all the bs they endure it's a pleasant experience. Thanks y'all our family appreciates u!?
