I enjoy Señor Pancho's a lot. We went there after church and the environment and food is always the best. Our server was nice and caring and seemed like he really loved his job. If you have any issues they have no problem fixing it right there and then. I highly recommend this spot in Louisville!
First visit and it was ok? . I ordered the House Special #21 which is like one of everything, and it came on a giant platter. ? Looked great! Digging into it... nothing was hot ? only the sauce and cheese baked on top was. Tasted fine just wasn't a hot meal. Disappointing. Service was great! Atmosphere fine. Prices very good. Wife's vegetarian fajitas were hot and fine.

I originally gave this restaurant a 5 star rating. However, I have changed this for the following reasons.The past two/three visits to Senor Panchos haven't been great.When walking in we are ignored for a while and stand there to be seated for quite a long time.
