“My son had football practice in the green space near unhitched so my youngest and I had dinner outside under the tent. Our server Amelia was SO accommodating making sure we had plenty of ice and water. Even after we finished our dinner, she brought fresh ice water so we could hang out until the end of practice. The food at unhitched is always great & the service really seems to get better each time we visit.”

“My brother and I made plans to come stop by for their matcha lattes since we heard they had some of the best around. What we failed to do was actually LOOK at their operating hours and came past closing. 😅 Our faults, but they noticed us and let us in to make us drinks anyway. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back DURING opening hours next time... as we both loved our matcha lattes. I'm looking forward to trying out more of their menu in the future!”

“I’ve ordered carry out here a few times after going for my first time a couple months ago. The staff is so friendly each time I’ve come in and my food is always ready on time. The Chicken Piccata they had on special was so good, and the Chicken Marsala off the menu board is delicious. The portions are good and the bread on the side is so tasty. Don’t forget to grab a slice of the delicious Tiramisu out of the cooler. 5/5”

“New Berlin Brewing Company is hands-down my favorite spot in town! The food is always incredible—fresh, flavorful, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The beer is just as impressive, with a great variety that never disappoints (their seasonal brews are always worth trying!). The staff here really make the experience special—they’re friendly, welcoming, and genuinely know their stuff when it comes to both the menu and the beer list. On top of all that, the atmosphere is perfect: cozy, inviting, and just the right mix of laid-back and lively. “First of all, the staff is awesome. They're always helpful and knowledgeable on the different GV Spirits as well as general drinks to suit any pallette. Secondly, it's just a great place to have a nice drink and relax or spend time with people. Bar seating, lounge seating, and a covered outside cigar smoking lounge. Great place on a great property!”

“I had the pleasure of coming across their tent at a farmer's market. They had a wide selection of macarons, baklava, tiramisu, and other baked goods.

I sampled their traditional baklava, blueberry baklava, maple bourbon baklava, and a salted caramel macaroni. Everything had a really good flavor. The macaroni was crispy on the outside and had gooey caramel on the inside. It was yummy.

The baklava was the reason I stopped. It's not your typical baklava. It is a lot drier than any baklava I've ever had with a far more nuttier texture and flavor than what you normally get.

I do think the blueberry and traditional baklava needs more honey. But it didn't stop me from ordering a second and third square of the blueberry. The maple bourbon doesn't utilize honey, as maple syrup is obviously substituted.

The owner told me the story of how it came about. He was trying to find a substitute for a friend or family member, I forget exactly, who cannot eat honey. So he was looking for a substitute so they could experience baklava. For what it is, it's very yummy. Definitely my least favorite of the three, but for an alternative to the classic recipe it is delish.

If I had to pick a favorite, it wouldn't definitely have been the blueberry. I typically stick to classic baklava, but man the blueberries were wonderful in it.

The service was fantastic. Had a fun conversation with the owner and he was incredibly kind. Good people, good food, good conversation. Made for a wonderful experience at the farmer's market.
