We have always had a good experience at this location. However last night was very disappointing, we were told when we entered it would be a 5-10 minute wait the wait time was twenty minutes and that’s probably not really bad but the whole time we waited there were six empty clean tables empty without customers. Only after interrupting the hostess did we get seated at a table that was empty when we arrived. We sat in front of the door that was held open by people waiting for tables ( that were available). At one point in our visit there were twelve empty tables with hunger people waiting. I want to mention that the waitress was excellent, very helpful and friendly. We will return for another meal but if this experience is repeated we will cross the street and have Mexican.

The bartender was very positive and attentive. And the manager was incredibly awesome Brigitte
Waited an hour and a half for food that we never got! Went for dinner last night seen how busy they were and could tell they were under staffed so we knew we would have a wait which we were fine with. We watched big parties come in and be seated after us, we got our drinks and our appetizer. We started seeing people that had come in after us leaving which is weird so about an hour and a half later we were pretty upset by watching all the people after us be served their food and leaving. The waitress did not check in for the time so we decided to tell the other waitress we were just going to be leaving as we had our young daughter there very hungry and getting upset. Probably the worst service we have ever gotten there. The waitress we had was even asked if she could handle the amount of tables she had or if she needed to be skipped and she said she could. Obviously she could not

Food was ok, but chicken sandwich came out missing tomato, bacon, and sauce after a decent wait. It was alao pretty soggy between the bottom bun and chicken. Waiter was nice and brought out the rest of my chicken sandwich when asked

Food was very good. Service was great. Ashley did a great job and everyone was very friendly. Had 3 half price appetizers. Wings, mozzarella sticks and artichoke dip. All were very good. Looking forward to going there again soon. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food we had.
