Second try, same result. Multiple orders received wrong or cold, there for nearly 2 hrs. So much sounds good on the menu, so it’s a shame it can’t be better service. Likely won’t be back for round 3

Service has gone down hill hard... Was stuck at bar for 45min waiting for the bar tender to return so i could pay n go back to work... If they didnt have keno... I would nvr go back... 3rd time it has happend.

Locals you should come back to The Blue Fig. ?I was here with my family today for dinner and everything was very delicious with generous portions. I love their sweet potato fries.❤️ The waiter was very attentive and friendly.

My husband and I had lunch on 11/14. I had a wimpy burger and fries and beans. He had big bird with Fries and coleslaw and onion rings for an appetizer.My husband was not pleased with the food, it made him sick. Not sure if it was the chicken, fries, or slaw that did it but everything came up. I of course was queasy due to all the grease I ate. Unfortunately we will not be back at this place either if we ever go to Ohio again.

We keep giving Blue Fig chances, because the food is good.The entrance is confusing, there is a hostess stand near the front door, asking you to wait to be seated. However if you wait there, no one will ever come to seat you. We usually wait near the next stand, and are told to seat ourselves.We're always waiting on a server, even when they aren't busy and you can see 2-3 servers standing around you'll wait for refills.The new management seems to be the same that managed Purple Olive and the last 3 restaurants in the same place without success.

Probably thee worst service I have ever had at a restaurant and the all you can eat walleye was undercooked and nasty to taste!We will never go back, Out of all the places I've reviewed, this is the absolutely worst!

Burgers are awesome! Nice little place. Staff extremely friendly even while being short staffed. Highly recommend the wings and burgers. Food coma worthy.

We have been here an hour and only have our drinks. There are only 2 other tables seated, and I've seen 3 different waitresses. I am not very pleased.Also, wait staff could pay more attention to their clothing (shirts riding up enough to show belly buttons)

Food was ok at best.. they're short of help and waitresses are behind trying to keep caught up.. and they're hiring all positions..
We waited 2 years before trying them again and I ended up sending my food back. I had gotten meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gravy omg it was so nasty ? so I got a blt easy enough right lol i took it to go big mistake cause the bacon tasted spoiled. We were the only in there except for the health department ? and it still took an hour to get our food. The waitress said a new menu is coming soon but I think they need a new cook as well.

We stopped in for a late breakfast. We ordered chocolate milk for our 3yr old. She tried it and asked me to taste it. It was spoiled and the cup wasn't even half way full. I told the waitress and she said she would get a new one. She comes back out and said that they were all out of chocolate milk and would she like orange juice. I asked if they had white milk and chocolate syrup. She said yes. Well could you make her chocolate milk???? She said yes. When she brings out the new milk, another girl follows behind her from the kitchen with a baby on her hip and proceeded behind the bar. She starts talking to our table from behind the bar saying that the milk is organic and that it wasn't spoiled. I told her I have had organic milk and yes it was spoiled. She proceeds to argue with me back in forth from behind the bar with a baby on her hip. We finally just got up and said we are leaving. We were the only customers in the restaurant. You would think they would want to keep our business. All over spoiled chocolate milk. I will never be back.

locals say they never seat anyone so you have to reach behind the counter and get your own silverware because they are never there to seat you. i saw people getting there own water. we were in there for atleast 20 minutes, we just decided to leave.

Never open on time, If open Cook always late. Foods good & waitress is nice. But if they can't prepare food. Might as well close the doors for good.

Business is going down hill. On our visit our waitress fell in the kitchen and got hurt. The manager left and went home leaving her in charge of everything. Lack of care for customers and employees.
