Really sick of not getting fresh food here, especially breakfast. They make tons of sandwiches first thing in the morning and then just let them sit under the "warmer" and get cold, then sell them to customers. It's disgusting. Fast food or not, if I'm paying and ordering food for my family I expect it to be made fresh or at the very least hot! 2 days in a row now I've gotten cold sandwiches and cold hashbrowns. Unacceptable. The other bk in town does it way better and everything there is served hot! Guess I'll just have to drive the extra couple miles to go there instead of this joke of a establishment. Just cause your bk is in the trash part of town doesn't mean your food has to be trash too!

Manager cussing customers out for mishearing stuff, I went to the wrong window so that justifies yelling at us. Food was okay, can’t trust it after the manager just cussed at me with my kids in my car, food doesn’t feel safe coming from someone willing to shout and cuss in front of children and a paying customer.

There was one person in front of me and no one working the counter. We waited several minutes to be acknowledged. The dining room was a mess and most of the tables were dirty. This is very unusual for this store but our service wasn't the best.

I stood In line for 5 min they weren't busy at all no cars in the drive through and 2 people were waiting if I wasn't white I would have been served. Union Street alliance ohio. They are to busy trying to hangout and flirt rather than take my order. I will not return
The assistant manager chose to get angry and use aggression over me, trying to order an applesauce, which was on the menu. After telling them to take it off the menu, they proceeded to get more angry and say that it’s done by satellite and that they wouldn’t serve me.
