Came thru the drive thru around 10:30 at night and was told there was a wait on fresh fries, which is fine. But then we sat in the drive thru for 2-3 minutes waiting on hot fries just to wind up with cold soggy chicken fries and no sauce with them. I'd have gladly waited the time for them to actually make fresh chicken. You can definitely tell when they aren't following hold times on items. This is consistently a problem with this location and it has not improved since the remodel.

Low cost. Low quality. If you are hurting financially, you can get a decent amount of food for cheap. I had a coupon deal for 2 Jr. Whoppers and 2 Med. Fries for $6.49 which is an incredible deal in July 2025. I'll also add that when I went the fries were hot, and the service was good.
But if you have a few extra dollars and want to avoid flimsy meat and fake bread, go somewhere else.
