The icee machine was broken AGAIN. It's very rare to be able to get a milkshake or icee at this location. I have strong suspicions that they dont want to get customers the frozen drinks bc they will need to clean the machine, which is a pain to do. I get it. You're not paid well, people are awful, and the last thing u want to do is clean those darn machines, but it's your job, so please do it. As much as it sucks, it's part of what bk is paying you to do. Other than that, yall are great.

The staff was amazing. Joe ( assuming he was the manager) was wonderful & patient with his staff. The girl on the register seemed to be new. He stopped what he was doing to help her. And then while we were eating, there was a girl trying to fill out paperwork and he went over to help her. Just seemed very patient and helpful. To the point that my two teenagers noticed it.

POOR "PROFESSIONAL " EXPERIENCE FOR MY DAUGHTER, SHE STARTED HER FIRST DAY ON UNION AND HAD A BEDBUG ON THE UNIFORM SHIRT THAT SHE OPENED THE DAY OF WORK, DAY ONE! THE ONLY DAY SHE WAS THERE AND HAD TO GO HOME AND BATHE AND BAG UP THE CLOTHES PRIOR TO GOING INTO HER HOME. THE MANAGERS COULD GIVE A CRAP LESS ABOUT THAT THEY'RE HANDING OUT BEDBUGS WHICH IS THE MOST TRIFLING THING YOU COULD DO AND THEN NOT DO CRAP ABOUT YOUR UNIFORM SHIPMENT AND STAFF THAT MAY HAVE BROUGHT THEM FROM THAT LOCATION!! NOT TO MENTION ELDERLY PEOPLE COME IN THERE ON CERTAIN DAYS TO VISIT EACH OTHER. ON TOP OF THAT, MY DAUGHTER WANTED TO WORK AT THE LOCATION ON STATE STREET AND THEY TOLD HER ... NO!?!
