For the last month getting breakfast is so slow you have to wait for the recording when you pull in to tell you hello and everything go ahead with your order for them to say wait which then takes around minutes for them to take your order and then they tell you to wait for them to walk to the first window and then when you pay it the first one day they have to walk back up to the second window, which takes so long and backed up vehicles. I just waited 10 minutes at the counter this morning, trying to go inside because the line is so long the only person standing at the counter. I waited 10 minutes before I walked away, and the only reason I waited because I was going to say something to them on how poor the service has been in. It wasn’t like this a few months back. I think they’re trying to get a new Burger King belt or something.

Just wish you guys could count. Pay for 12- only get 9, just makes me mad cause like how hard is it to count? Ya have one job. Ordered one thing. 9 isn’t even an option for the chicken fries. How do you mess that up.
I've given this place chance after chance - It's very hit or miss, mostly miss. Again, french toast is served partially cooked, hashbrowns were very under cooked to a mush consistency and room temp, the bacon egg and cheese croissant was atrocious. The bread was hard, the bacon very under cooked and the cheese looked like plastic because it was so hard. So, this meal ended with not eating and I won't return. I'm tired of half cooked food, and that's at best.

🤮🤢 french toast mushy and moist like they've been soaking in water. 🤢Will get your entire order wrong then rush you thru. And apparently they have no available water at this location. Disgraceful. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!! FR

Food is always hot & good. The people at the window are amazingly friend to my son. He loves this place & the halfzies.... & original chicken sandwich.
The icee machine was broken AGAIN. It's very rare to be able to get a milkshake or icee at this location. I have strong suspicions that they dont want to get customers the frozen drinks bc they will need to clean the machine, which is a pain to do. I get it. You're not paid well, people are awful, and the last thing u want to do is clean those darn machines, but it's your job, so please do it. As much as it sucks, it's part of what bk is paying you to do. Other than that, yall are great.

The staff was amazing. Joe ( assuming he was the manager) was wonderful & patient with his staff. The girl on the register seemed to be new. He stopped what he was doing to help her. And then while we were eating, there was a girl trying to fill out paperwork and he went over to help her. Just seemed very patient and helpful. To the point that my two teenagers noticed it.
