I visited this location last night. I don't have to tell anyone how bitter cold it was outside. To my shock this location had a young woman working outside in the drive thru! She was inside the unheated booth. She was clearly freezing inspite of her outter layers. No suprise given the wind and below normal temperature. I was so angry to see the lack of care for the employee. Perhaps the manager should have taken her turn outside? Shame on you Chick-fil-A Alliance! Do better!

The new Chick Fil A in Alliance is great! The team works hard and is friendly and helpful. The food is top-notch! The restaurant is clean and so welcoming, even the decorations for Christmas look great!! I look forward to many more meals and events at CFA in Alliance! I highly recommend visiting for a great meal along with great service!

I placed a mobile order online, and while the young man was getting my name, the light haired young girl was screaming at me to pull forward (as her customer has just pulled up). He was in the middle of taking my order/name. I was doing what he was instructing because he was the one waiting on me. It was just awkward for everybody. That’s usually not the kind of person that Chick-fil-A employs.
We dined at Alliance Chick Fila last evening. The place was spotless, the windows dining clean, the restrooms were perfect. We were greeted immediately as we entered the door. The counter person was friendly, accommodating, and very efficient. The food arrived to our table quickly along with a friendly “it was my pleasure”. It was a wonderful experience in every possible way.

LOVE the people and the food. Great community friendly atmosphere. We love the bacon egg and cheese breakfast biscuit. Every time I come by myself with my baby and every time I leave someone opens the door for us so I can easily get through with the stroller! Would choose this as my favorite location any time. Id even drive further for it!

I am very impressed with this Chickfila location! From the service, to the quality, and the atmosphere, I am very pleased! The staff was happy to welcome our group with a smile and was quick to help us order. They answered questions for me and were quick to anticipate needs for my group such as refilling drinks and taking our trays! It looks like they have a lot of events too, for all ages and we really enjoyed the games and coloring station. The food was amazing (as always) and everything was very clean and organized. Very grateful for the location of this store too! Can’t wait to come back!
