Probably the worst bar in alliance. No draft beer and they will charge you $15 minimum on your card no matter what you spend without telling you there is a minimum. Maybe there is a sign I missed but it would be common sense to tell someone they will be overcharged before cashing out. Go to Rey’s.

Bartenders are friendly at the southern style bar. Decent pool players if you want some game.
Never seen a bar have a minimum amount you can spend. Came to have 1 or 2 beers and was told there was a $10 minimum I could spend. Already had one mishap where they took a 15 dollar tip out of my account without telling me that my card company resolved. Not going here again.
