So, I've had MANY Dairy Queens in the past make my blizzards with very little fudge / candy chunks, but this Dairy Queen in Alliance, Ohio is #1 in overall quality by a large margin as far as I'm concerned; When I got my Royal Choco Fudge blizzard, I was very generously blessed with more hot fudge and brownie chunks than I could even believe because of how consistently I got so little before at other DQ's.

It was the best blizzard I've ever had. Needless to say, it made my day. So I felt compelled to write this review and I'm only halfway done with it! Great job Alliance DQ ❤️

Zero stars. We have visited 3x since moving to the area a month ago, each time the drive thru employee is rude and nasty. (She has henna marking on her hands) they mess up our order we paid for and get an attude after asking for the correction. If you are ordering food I suggest giving yourself plenty of time as they are slow with food making, always have to pull up and wait atleast 5 minutes, even for 2 chicken strip baskets. Definitely do not recommend this place at all.

Had a new person at counter took a little longer to order. The massillon guys were very distracted and had difficulty getting the order. Chicken strips were overcooked. Prices were high for 2 kids and 1 adult was $46.00.

Terrible experience, the girl charged my card for the car behind me and asked me to pulled up while waiting on the tenders I got, once she comes back outside with the tenders she’s not giving me them and telling me one of us has to come back into the restaurant with her to pay the difference, I told her nobody planned to get out the car and it’s not fair that their mistake is inconveniencing us now and I don’t want her taking my phone into the building with her (because I used Apple Pay) she tells me I need to give her another form of payment or I won’t be getting the tenders so I scrounge around my car for cash just so my little brother can have his tenders to eat. I feel a manager should’ve been involved in this and not having a little girl dealing with this because she was extremely rude and dealt with it terribly. I really try to be nice and considerate at fast food places because I work at a restaurant as a manager and deal with rude people all the time, but this was ridiculous and just poor customer service. It makes me want to never return to this location ever again.

I can not thank Liz from alliance dairy Queen enough she went above and beyond to help me today place an order for a cake over the phone when the website was not working correctly…She even went as far to allow me to send my photo directly to her to get a birthday cake made in time… I tried 5 different times to send an email as I’m traveling out of state and had to call back twice…each time she was so professional and patient with me…thank you aging so much for making a special surprise possible!!!!

The whole experience was miserable. The staffed was extremely rude. And then when I realized they mess up our order I drove back through the drive through and explained what was wrong and they were even worse..if you hate your job so much find something else. Preferably not in customer service..I just wanted the things I paid for. I’m not sure why that was such an issue.

I went through the drive thru ordered 2 cones and chickenstrip basket with BBQ sauce and a drink. When we got to the window they had charged me for 3 cones instead of 2 then refused to give us money back. When I looked in the box with my food there was no BBQ sauce and they did not give me my drink. Very disappointed with my visit today
