In desperate need of management and quality control! To be very short was served cold not warm but actually cold burgers, went in for a refund and had the whole team at the counter and threatened to call the cops on me for getting loud after denying a simple refund. Owners need to spot check what is going on. This will ruin a business. I will never be back. Not one to complain but this is very worthy of a negative review!

Tthe sevice is hit and miss sometimes you get someone great others you get the worst most are somewhere in between. Any hot food is really pretty good but if your getting a frozen treat to take home you best live close ours are normally pretty melted by the time we get home pretty disappointing considering how much you pay for

went through the drive thru tonight, my blizzard was the wrong size and completely melted. waited at the window and not one worker came up. went back through drive thru, they remade my blizzard and it was just complete vanilla icecream with nothing it as well as melted. not what i ordered! very disappointed with the attitudes of these workers. WORST dairy queen

Went there Jan -4 2024 thru the drive thru ordered the chicken strip basket. As I was leaving I checked the bag the fries were cold, the chicken was also cold so I turned around and went inside told them the what the situation was they said they would give me another one. Ok fast forward I'm home give the bag to my wife she gets ready to eat...she says DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.... the fries were rubbery and semi warm the chicken strips were terrible...I didn't think I had to check it twice since I went inside...should of known better

Food was cold and awful. They messed up my order, as per usual. I was once a teenager and worked at industries similar to Dairy Queen, it's not that hard to put items in a bag that you read off of a screen. Will never return due to the cold food that wasn't even the items we ordered

This is how my peanut buster parfia looked, right out of the drive thru window. Everytime I go here the ice cream is melted. Rest assure this was my last visit.

Worst food I’ve paid for in a long time. chicken strips had zero chicken in them and were as hard as a rock, fries were barely warm and itching but crumbs and drinks were completely flat. Won’t ever get food at this location again.

Could not even comprehend my order tonight ... When i paid realized they didn't even ring up 2 items, then when i asked, they said "we didn't charge you for them!"... Well, "why not?.. i ordered them".. she says, "well, you will have to pay for them!". Well, what other way do you actually do this?. ..just unbelievable service tonight. Will not be back for a super long time... Last time pretty similar to this.

Went to order doordash says they are open till 9pm to place the order for it to be cancelled like I understand if ur system is having issues I worked fast food for 2 years but u can shut down ur doordash for people can't place orders js its a little nicer then just canceling.
