Went on a Saturday around 12 pm place was not packed, food left something to be desired. What they call a chalupa is actually a tostada.waiting 15 mins before a waitress even came by and noticed we were there. Plus they were all pushing rubbermaid carts.
Lousy service, lousy food. Won't be back.

Food was great. The service was horrible. Had to ask for every refill and every time the waitress came back to the table she’d forget what we asked for and had to come back again. Also brought me the wrong order the first time because she didn’t put it in correctly. Still paid full price for everything and didn’t realize until we left that we were even OVERCHARGED for our meals.

Long time favorite is no more. Have eaten there many times over the years. 1. Remodeling removed the ambiance of a Tex Mex restaurant 2. Many of the entrees have been changed and are mediocre. 3. The week end breakfast buffet was cold and not the same tastes. I would not recommend. 4. On the plus side the service is very good and breakfast selection and taste is good. 5. I get the impression that the employees are not pleased with the changes. 6. The menu selection and flavors have been changed for the worse. I probably will not eat dinner or lunch there again. Kind of like the recent attempts to change the Cracker Barrel image and menu. Except the new owners are apparently sticking with the changes. I give them 2 years or less. and Pancho's will close

I have been coming to Panchos since I was a little boy when it was still on Main Street and Union. It has always been my favorite. But in the past few years it's gotten even better. The Birria Taco dinner is by far the best I have had. We come one a week and order it. Its freaking amazing. Dela is our favorite waitress. But they are all great. Joey is always so welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone.

This restaurant was amazing. The waitress was amazing and honestly had a great time. I usually don't drink but since I was meeting a date there I had a couple beers with dinner before we went and watched fireworks. 5 stars!

My personal favorite Mexican place. The chips and salsa are some of the best. I also like the pick three menu option. I’m basic with my picks but the hard shell tacos and chili are really good here. 5 stars!

DO NOT EAT THE SALSA!!! I have gone to this establishment for over 2 decades. It has always been one of my favorites. When the new owners bought it and changed the chicken recipe I was sad, but still supported it. We have stopped in every week for many years to buy the salsa and bring home (15 min drive). The last 4 times I bought the salsa and got it home it was spoiled. The first time I let it go, thought sometimes it can happen. Second time I tried to call and no one answered so I messaged them on face book. They saw it never responded. So I sent an email to them. They never responded. The third time I called in on the phone, talked to a lady. She took my name, and phone number, No one called me at all. Just got the 4th one. Figured they know now that this is happening, so they can make changes accordingly. I was wrong. The 4th one is also spoiled. My husband mentioned it to the gentleman at the counter who said they are getting many complaints that the salsa is spoiled and they have all been relayed to the owners. So I guess the owners don't care if the food they sell is spoiled or not. Just be warned, and be ware. I think we have offered enough changes and enough grace and it is time to move on and start buying fresh salsa at another Mexican restaurant You can see in the photo the bubbles that formed from it spoiling. You can also see the condensation on it from being kept cold in the refrigerator.

This was a very casual restaurant. The service was good, easy to get a seat, but the food was subpar. There are other better choice places.
