5/14/25 I have been going here for 45 plus years. Good breakfast and good dinners. I suggest giving it a try, it's a hometown diner that's been a staple in Alliance for years for burgers and and lots more. Besides booths there also bar stool seating.
The food was great and our waitress was very friendly, but their booths don't have alot of room
It doesn’t matter if you dine in or take out, Doug’s never disappoints!!!
Must try in the Stark County area!!!

I've been going to Doug's since I was a little girl. This is a great family restaurant with great food 😋 Love the all you can eat fish on Friday.
Double bacon cheeseburger with 3 different choices of baskets of fries small, large, or really freakin big!!
Would eat here again food was very good and waitress was very friendly and polite

Cool place! Our appetizer and my malt were both fantastic! Burger was pretty bland, but it didn't taste bad. Fresh cut fries are great! Our waitress was pretty abrupt and didn't really show much interest in engaging with us at all. I wouldn't say she was entirely rude, just seemed like she was in a hurry to do I'm not sure what. I'd like to try breakfast here sometime!
Have not been here in a while when in there felt very welcome everybody was very nice the food was amazing I give them five stars because it was the best restaurant I ever been in an alliance 😁 thank you guys for giving us the best service and making us feel at home
Food was good but they need to get bottled water. The water was awful and seems unhealthy to drink. I got a pop instead and there was a bad taste to it as well probably due to ice. I know Alliance has bad water but other restaurants I have been to in Alliance don't have this issue.
Friendly service and good food and reasonable prices!
