Every time I order an iced coffee with extra flavor at this location, it ends up tasting like plain coffee. The consistency at this location is a real issue—sometimes the coffee is okay, other times it’s completely bland.

Wanna wait 45 + minutes come here then we pull up ask the girl at the front if our food and drinks have been sitting there just as long because we were mobile order she said no we go to leave. Food is cold wraps are stale coffee sucks. Not even busy inside. Preciate that

Went to your location at 10:42 a.m. was charged for three black pepper bacon sandwiches was given one lady was training was not given any help originally tried to charge us for six sandwiches just wanted the food that I ordered for my family for breakfast can't leave a complaint or talk to someone because the phone line is busy. Only been to this location twice both times have been awful
Showed up in the drive thru, has 2 lanes. The lane I was in was bypassed about 4 cars. I tried to get the person taking the orders attention, no luck. I go to the window to tell this person and she had the rudest attitude. I can tell you after this encounter, they do not care about the customer. I will never go back here. The manager was just as rude. So don't try to get good service in the morning at this particular location.

has to be the most poorly managed Dunkin that I’ve experienced. The brownie batter donuts are only available for a limited time and I would love to have a chance to get one because I’ve been looking forward to it but every time and that is three times, That I have come during the last two weeks they have always been out and I would just like to understand how this is even possible to consistently fail without some sort of managerial intervention

Went into ducan donuts in alliance on 1/11/25, at 3 oclock, there was no one in the store, I waited for 8 min at the counter, was ignored the whole time, there was 4 workers behind the counter , never once did any.of them say be right with you, they all just looked at me and kept working like I was not even there. I politely just walked out. What kind of business are you running ?? How RUDE. Management obviously sucks, and so does your employees... will never go back there again, louisville location is better anyways, there ALWAYS nice and polite, and fast.

I love my Dunkin but this place has been getting worse and worse. I literally just pulled up to the window ordered three coffees there's only five cars in front of me it took 31 minutes to get drinks. It's unacceptable it's absolutely ridiculous. Well then I get home in the mango pineapple drink was absolutely disgusting. So I caught up there. And the girl who answers a phone says I'm the one who made it I made it exactly how you asked. What's funny is we order them four and five days a week and this doesn't taste like any of the other ones we've ever ordered. So no problem we just are done going to dunkin'. I mean I know I only spent a couple hundred dollars there a month so it probably doesn't mean a whole lot to their bottom line. But no problem I'm done with Dunkin at least that one I'll go to the other ones when I'm out of town. Absolutely ridiculous no customer service anymore.
