The only thing that would help this store is euthanasia. The checkout process is horrible. I just got yelled out by an employee for checking out too fast for their machines. I hate this store anyway because the prices are ALWAYS higher than anywhere else in town and since this just happened, I'm done. This place will likely close once Meijer opens. Deservedly so.

Giant Eagle's store is fine but the cleanliness of the store (primarily the restrooms) is rather questionable. I've found that the lobby entrance always smells somewhat like sewage when I come here. This store needs to do some cleaning.

It is pretty sad when you work there and you give them two weeks notice they refuse to let you work the two weeks notice out let you only work one week of that out and then never send a paycheck and then when you question it they tell you oh we have no record of you working! Do not work for this place they will screw you over

Definitely disappointed in the cake I ordered from the bakery for my boys birthday party.. I'm usually not the one to complain but for a 65.00 $ cake they could have Definitely done better the image wasn't even centered.Highly DISAPPOINTED

Giant Eagle does not care for employees. manager in alliance is aloud to single people out. he also is unkind to employees that are trying to better themselves by putting them down. He is one of the WORST MANAGERS. AS FOR THE UNION THEY DO NOT HELP WITH THE ISSUES.

The cake I paid $75 dollars for was terrible. Normally giant eagle cakes are good, but this looked really bad. There wasn’t even edges on the cake, they messed up the writing on the cake, they didn’t put balloons which I paid for, and when I nicely asked them to fix the letters and the balloons the lady in the back got an attitude. They also used the wrong frosting and the marble cake barely had any frosting.Terrible service and I’m disappointed in giant eagle :(

Probably the only time I've ever been in this store. I wanted some fresh clams, but when I got them home, they stunk to high-hell. I knew I'd been had when a few wouldn't close while soaking. Nevertheless, I went on to steaming them to find half where bad..... I won't stop here again!
