Love their food but $$$ insane the amount they get for it! Small portions compared to when they first opened.
Customer service was good on front at register but back at receiving they all lack asking what you're waiting on and calling any names out loud. I came back for a refill for a special drink and no one acknowledged me for a while. I finally said something and then the manager asked me after I was taken care of. 😩
Anyways always enjoyed their food but super bummed they don't have tater soup year round! 😭

The blonde girl with long eyelashes, long ugly sharp nails, and usually is wearing a black jacket with bedazzled crosses is probably the rudest food service worker I've ever experienced in my life. Without fail she is so nasty, no matter what. She is rude at the speaker, she is rude at the window, I say have a good day, thank you, and every single time she shuts the window in my face and says nothing, or gives attitude. I don't understand. I worked in food service, I totally understand having a bad day, or how awful and nasty people can be over food, and I'd understand her giving that attitude to someone who is rude but I've never done anything to warrant that. I have coworkers who have had the same experiences with her. It's ridiculous and so unkind.

Went on my 30 min lunch to get a simple bowl of soup - two cars in-front of my no one in like before them they got their orders taken and went around the building - someone comes on the speaker and states they would be with me in a moment- 15 mins goes by and no one come back on the speaks. I get out of line bc I’ve used up most of my lunch sitting in this line.. no cars are at the window when I drive around the building called into speak with manager and all she could say is the lady taking orders was “doing her best” absolutely ridiculous to wait 15 mins to not even get an order taken and not even have the lady come back on the speaker an acknowledge there are still me and 4 other cars behind me waiting.

I love panera but all the reviews are right. They cant get an order right no matter what. I agree with the others, it just doesnt seem like they care. Glad im not the only one.

Horrible service the person at the front counter was on their phone not even paying attention when I was standing there and the she called what looked to the shift manager Paige over and the laughed about what they seen on social media rather than help a customer will be calling corporate
Ordered food for delivery got the wrong order and then called and spoke to a Gracie the manager in the alliance ohio location she was supposed to refund my cc back and she never did called back after a week to find out she never even did the refund and they are supposed to refund my cc today another 7-10 business days which is so dumb for a mistake they made never again will I order from there and they need to get there managers on track and stop being such liars and lazy yeah Gracie
quite literally no attention to detail or common sense here. if i could submit zero stars i definitely would. if you want your order to be incorrect AND missing items every time than you're good to go here

Need more gluten and dairy free options!! While the entrance is "wheelchair accessible" it is very difficult to get through the air lock double doors!!
Dietary restrictions: Only two salads are able to be ordered gluten and dairy free. Need more options!

Walking up to the counter, we immediately received attitude. “If you’re ordering food it’s going to be at least 15 minutes”, clearly trying to discourage us from ordering. Then after waiting the 15 minutes for 3 bowls of soup, they were wrong. We clearly ordered bread bowls and they refused to correct it. Blamed the cashier as being an newer employee and said that we would have to cash out again to fix it. Absolutely refused to fix it without reordering at the front counter. Just terrible customer service from beginning to end.
