I thought we got there real close to our pickup time but our food wasn't very hot. It was an okay experience. I feel they could have been friendlier, but I'm a people person from the South so. . .

Line was slow. The black guy at the window was super nice and personable. Food was hot and tasty, but the tenders were half the size as any other Canes I've ever been to. Not worth the money at that point unfortunately. If that's the shipment of chicken yall got you need to add in some extra. Fries and bread were perfect. Not sure if I'll be back.

Chicken had barely any breading on it, and the bread that was on it was mushy and falling off. Chicken was more chewy than usual. Fries cold and soggy.

Everything good but the chicken could be fired a little longer to get crispy but the food is awesome and wonderful I’ll keep coming back for more

I didn't like Canes until I ate at the Alliance Canes. Now I am obsessed. They are really good at what they do, at least at this location they are!

The staff here is awesome and very helpful! As we were leaving I dropped the to-go box, an employee saw me and got me a whole new meal because the leftovers touched the ground. Food is obviously good!

This store could really learn a thing or 2 from the canes In canton ohio. They have been open for months now, and their employees have no idea what they're doing, their food is always cold through the drive Through or when you go inside. Their sweet tea is never made the same daily, one day, it's sweet one day, it's not, definitely nothing consistent. You have to read your order back through the drive through at least twice, they never get it the first time. They are always running around disorganized At the window, when you get there. Just very disappointed. I would rather drive to canton. Very unhappy customer

Allaince door dashers and food workers are known to be disgusting lazy ,sloppy. Decent location easy to get in and out if you understand how. See you soon. Don't disappoint me.

I've been missing Cane chicken, and they opened a new store in Alliance, OH. Delish and crispy chicken. The store is so pretty. Very nice employees.
