I typically never call to redeem a credit. However, the last three orders I've placed for wings have been screwed up because they put sauce on plain wings because, evidently, reading is too difficult. Chris told me to my face that I would have a credit on my next order. Today I called to redeem my order and was told there is no credit under my name and phone number. Therefore, today, pizza oven lost a customer for life. Integrity matters. Honesty matters. I will tell everyone I know not to go to this location. The geeked out lady up front can't get it right.

Not sure when it became OK for managers at this establishment to yell at customers when they were the ones in the wrong. I ordered two large pizzas last night one with mushrooms and one with pepperoni. I went in. I know I went in early. Well when I got in there, the cashier told me that it would be another 15 minutes without any explanation as to why. I went back in 15 minutes later for the manager to come over to me to tell me that they didn’t have any mushrooms so that I needed to choose something else for my pizza. I said I was in here 15 minutes ago why didn’t no one tell me. Well because we were waiting on the delivery driver to get back with said mushrooms. I said that’s not my problem. He said you were reacting ridiculously I said no I’m reacting exactly the way a customer would when they order something and they don’t get what they want and you’re arguing with me about how I’m supposed to be the one at fault. this place is garbage and I will never order from here again and I see on the reviews that a lot of people have had problems with the Management and employees and their attitudes in this establishment. Do better pizza oven.

Everytine I order delivery they forget something. Ther customer service is very lacking. Ya all need to do better because if this keeps happening people will spend their hard earned money where they feel valued and there food isn’t forgotten when being delivered. Do better!

My experience was not good at all with customer service tonight. When I called to place my order I was met with a hello on the phone. I had to ask if I called Pizza Oven. Then when I picked up my dinner the lady working the front asked for my name, went to check on order and came back and told me it would be awhile for my order. It had already been 30 minutes and I was checking my phone for the time of call and she said to me, why do you even come back here if you have bad experiences. When she brought the order up to me I started to check my order and make sure that everything was there. This Alliance location has a habit of not giving you everything you order. That upset her and again asked me why I return. I looked at her and said it was not because of the customer service. Their food is actually very good when it is right. I was treated very poorly and after that probably will not return until employees go thru a class on customer service. It is called respect and with the high prices that we pay it is not too much to ask for a friendly face to greet you.

Ate at the Navarre location. Was very surprised at how small the large pizza is now. It's about the size of what a medium used to be. The service was just horrible. Very slow. My wife and I ordered a large pizza and 1 rigatoni. The girl brought out the rigatoni 20 minutes before the pizza arrived. She didn't even bring Parmesan cheese. My wife has to go to the counter and ask for some. The food is all served on styrofoam plates and cups. The silverware is all throw away plastic. This restaurant seems to be coming more like a fast food joint. Very disappointed with our visit. Not worth the $40.00+ that we spent. Most likely will not visit again.
I just love their Chicken. Although, on the all flats or all drummets the price is a little steep. You can now buy a bag of all flats for $11.24 at Walmart and you get 12 at, Pizza oven for $14. But I would still pay that for the convenience of not having to cook. ?
