The dining room was filthy, dirty tables, food and trash on the floors, windows and doors were gross. The Jr. bacon cheeseburger had a TINY piece of bacon. The fries were overcooked. Ice machine was not functioning. Walls need wiped down. The trash cans were overflowing! Service was OK. Someone needs to walk through this establishment with eyes open.

Food is always good. Usually at least one part of the order is wrong and it takes absolutely forever to get through the drive thru (sometimes up to 30 minutes). It’s a shame because it could be one of the best places in Alliance if they got things done faster and correctly.

We ordered two biggie bags jbc and only got one right burger. We got a baked potato one drink and one fry. When we ordered two jbc two fries, two sweet teas, and it should’ve come with nuggoes. Like how do you actually mess up this bad. Might not order here again. Very disappointed.

We decided to eat in the lobby. The lobby was a disaster. There was trash all over the floors and tables. There was food and dirt splattered on the walls. Customers were audibly complaining but nothing was done. It took over 25 minutes to get cold food. I've seen out houses cleaner than their restrooms. They seem to care more about the drive thru customers.

The kid at the drive-through was polite, and the order was correct.

I won't say it's the worst Wendy's in the business, but it looks like it's trying to compete for the title.
