We ordered two biggie bags jbc and only got one right burger. We got a baked potato one drink and one fry. When we ordered two jbc two fries, two sweet teas, and it should’ve come with nuggoes. Like how do you actually mess up this bad. Might not order here again. Very disappointed.

We decided to eat in the lobby. The lobby was a disaster. There was trash all over the floors and tables. There was food and dirt splattered on the walls. Customers were audibly complaining but nothing was done. It took over 25 minutes to get cold food. I've seen out houses cleaner than their restrooms. They seem to care more about the drive thru customers.

The kid at the drive-through was polite, and the order was correct.
I won't say it's the worst Wendy's in the business, but it looks like it's trying to compete for the title.
I ordered a Baconator value meal, large. I was given a half full fry container with somewhat fresh fries. The sandwich was a smashed flat presentation with 2 textured hockey puck looking patties that were black and crunchy. Also has 4 miniscule pieces of dried out bacon. Overall the sandwich was horrible. Staff was friendly. Based upon tonight's experience, I doubt I go back any time soon.

This was the worst Wendy's that I have ever been to. I should have known there was going to be an issue when I walked in and saw a dozen customers standing around waiting for their orders, but, I decided to give it a shot. That was a mistake. They were out of potatoes at 5:45 at night, The front counter staff was too high to care about what was going on. Perhaps the drive thru would have been a better option, but I doubt it. My burger was cold, the fries were limp and flavorless, but I will say their chili was good. Perhaps it's because I received one of the last bowls they had left. This was a terrible experience.

Ordered through their app, got there, and they said it would be an hour for my baked potato. The girl offered me a chili instead, which is cheaper than a potato. Got home with my food, and my fries were not in the bag, so I had to go back. She did upsize my fries to make up the difference in chili and potato.
