“Came here tonight to get food for my family, the place was poppin. I was pulled around to wait on our order, I waited not very long at all despite how busy they were. The manager himself brought out our order and made sure it was all correct even down to the sauces. Not only was the service awesome but the food was fresh and delicious!! Thank you KFC staff. :)“

“This is my 3rd horrible experience at this location. Anyone who's been to this location, knows once you're in line, you can't get out. I waited 30 minutes! they are always slow as molasses. get to the window to order and the girl tells me their out of chicken nuggets, that they're all frozen. I said well can't you put them un the friar and make them??? "ummm noooo sorry. But we have everything else." So I ordered tenders(which weren't crispy and cooked fully, like they should be.) and tell her I need alot of ranch, ketchup and buffalo. I finally go to get my food and 2 packets of buffalo, 3 ranches and 2 ketchup for 2 chicken tender meals with fries. This place is a joke, and this time I'm requesting my money back. 30 minutes I wasted in line, to not even get what I wanted and told them. I'm officially done with chick fil a.“

“Tonight 12/19 I came in for dinner with the family. Naturally the dining room was already busy for service so we grabbed a table and ordered. Upon getting our food we discovered my part of the order had several things wrong. The drink, the sandwich, missing the kids ice cream, etc. I don’t write this to complain but to complement the staff and Destiny in particular who helped with a smile every time I came up with a new issue. Good reviews when things go wrong are far and few between, even when the issue was fixed. Thank you Destiny and thank you Chick-fil-a.“
