I don't go often and this proves why. I stood there for 10 min while the manager saw me 2 times to get my food that I put in for order ahead. 4 employees were standing around. I hate doing bad reviews but this was ridiculous.
Ordered the new 8 spicy wings they were dry not juicy and tasted old left over. I wish the people who own these places would hire or go threw the drive threw them self and order the food they are selling.the same kfc the other day at 815 pm had a 45min wait on bone in chicken they are open till 1030

Employees didn't know what was going on. They were giving customers the wrong orders and being rude to customers when they asked about their order. Employees being rude to each other. It was crazy in there
