Wrong food was delivered and tried to call store 10 to 12 times and No one would answer, drove back to have it replaced and they were not busy at all, employees were standing around and smoking outside. I don't understand why they couldn't answer their phone. No apology whatsoever. Nothing offered for my troubles. Would not refund me my delivery fee said I had to take it up with Uber eats. I will not be using this location again!

Gets 4 cars locks the doors early. They literally are in there freaking out saying they can’t handle their jobs, begging to close. That’s embarrassing. Had to get a refund because we waited over 30 mins maybe longer to go somewhere else. KFC if you’re reading this fire that manager and that crew you are losing a lot of money.

Don't know what's happening to food, everywhere! Had kfc take out the other day, chicken and fries. It was horrible, tastes like old oil, fries were cold and soggy. Had to throw out. I can't understand who eats this garbage. Will never eat this yuck again. Had a similar issue at subway, it was worse if that's possible!

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for the drive-thru crew to acknowledge a customer or at least say “hold-up a second, we are busy”. It’s usually the evening crew that will keep customers waiting at the ordering area without saying a single word even if there are no cars ahead of me. It’s been done repeatedly and it seems it’s out of spite.
