Driving to any other location is a better idea. They were on a huge delay, missing half the ingredients, and the service was not good. I do feel bad for the staff that work there.
The quality of the food is not what it used to be. Today order was ready for pick up but opened it up when I got home and I thought black beans was on in my bowl…..nope burned chicken. Really???? This is what we can expect? Please get it together, and pay attention, we don’t have that many options in Amelia to eat somewhat low carb food.
Anyone is allowed to walk in and steal a $50 dinner order from the pickup shelf unchecked. Was told by manager it happens multiple times on a daily basis. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to remake my order that should have been ready and waiting on me. Defeats the purpose of pickup to avoid the wait. How on earth can you afford to stay in business with food flying out the door for free? I guess the cost gets passed on to the customers.
