Food was ok, not like when I was a kid.
Was charged for food I didn't order and when I told the manager about it. I was told there wasn't anything he could do about it. The general manager was the o ly person who could do refunds and they were on vacation. Not to mention that they couldn't shovel the snow off the Sidewalk to get in the building so my wheelchair bound mother couldn't get into the building. Will definitely be calling corporate
My husband & I ordered from the drive thru. The drive thru wasn’t busy, and I placed a small order of a (4pc meal, with FF, and a biscuit) then 1 chicken thigh, and a biscuit. My chicken thigh was burnt, and I didn’t get a biscuit. I don’t know why they closed the KFC in Anderson, cause our food was always correct there. Please, start checking ur orders, or close the Amelia location and reopen the Anderson 1.
