My spouse and I traveled from Alexandria, KY to experience this particular Popeyes establishment, as the food quality at the Alexandria location has been consistently unsatisfactory. We were both thoroughly impressed with the cuisine and received exceptional service. The individual who assisted us, Tyler, promptly attended to our needs upon noticing our presence, rather than assuming we would utilize the self-checkout option. GREAT JOB TYLER!
Last night i went though Popeyes they were slammed. The lady at the speaker was so nice and helpful she even told me about the $20 family meal to save me money. When I pulled up the car on front of me ws cussing and yelling at her. The lady at the windows stayed calmed and tried to handle it as best as possible. After that lady pulled off I pulled up the window to pay and the lady was still so nice and still had a smile on her face. No one should be yelled at or cussed at like...
Lady at the front gave me a coupon to save like 6 bucks and get more food. Food was hott and fresh this place is one of the few Popeyes ive seen that was friendly and gets your order right
