Not sure what happened to the first review I posted (removed?), but my husband and I stopped in during walking on Wednesday in August to get a drink. The bartender saw us arrive but continued to wait on two people that came in after us before finally approaching us to take our order. If it were busy, I would have understood, however, there were at the most 10 people in the bar. When she finally made it down to us to ask us what we wanted she couldn’t even tell us what was on tap, and smartly replied “oh honey I don’t know what we have on tap. You’ll have to walk down and see yourself”. Sadly a good friend of my fathers used to own this bar years ago….. I’m sure he’s rolling over in his grave right now.

Drinks are very reasonably priced. Bartenders are SUPER friendly. Patio is everything you could ask for.
I LOVE the lady pirate statue, and the whole vibe of the place.
Jam night on Tuesday is a blast, weekend nights are just as fun!
This has become my new favorite local bar, and its because everyone here treats you like family. Very friendly people.

My cousin came with me , now mind you he is old as dirt in real life , and the bar tender who was obviously older than old dirt proceeded to double-check his ID , not in a playful way but as in its not actually him. She said, and I quote, "You look older in this picture." THEN PROCEEDED TO DOUBLE CHECK THE ID .............my cousin looks obviously of mixed race and the only individual that his ID was under question out of 4 of us . ? smells a little funny to me .

Love the Captain's Club. Nice little pub with good music, great drinks, and even greater people! The owners are super nice and great to converse with on a not-so-busy night. Very nice, lit patio with cornhole (if that's your thing) where you can take your drinks and smoke (if that's your thing). They have a great selection of beer and liquor and always try to keep up with the latest drink trends.
