My son and I went through the drive thru tonight, and I discovered I had left Mt wallet at home. I didn't have another form of payment on me, and the really nice employee, I think the shift manager, covered our order for me. I really appreciated it, and will definitely be paying it forward! We always have a good experience at the Amherst DQ!

We went through the drive through. The lady that took our order didn't give us a total or read anything back, just said "okay pull forward" We ordered 2 burgers, fries, cheese curds, and a couple sodas. The window girl was in such a rush she let go of my card before I had it and it fell in the snow. We weren't given one of our sandwiches, and according to the receipt she never even rang it up, and the one sandwich we did receive was not done right, still had toppings on it we asked to be omitted. Also for all the waiting we did, the fries were kinda old and burger was all smashed up and messy. Over all, very unhappy.

Dirty and rude staff. Got my order wrong and they wanted me to pay extra for their mistake. Staff was paying attention to everything but correct orders. Shame too cause they use to be clean and good. Bananas out and flies too! Yuk
