Terrible service! They couldn't get my order corrected. When I asked them to remake it, she stated that she can read and made it correct the first 2 times. Which in fact is not true! Chucked my sandwich in the trash and was upset about wasting food.

Stealing cash for tips! I gave the girl 8 singles and a 5. She stated I only gave her $11 for my $12.68 bill. I then handed her a $20 now totaling $33. She gave $9.07 back. The receipt says she gave me $9.32 back. They refused to give me any money back! Unbelievable! That’s how they get those full tip jars. She even admitted she counted wrong the second time and the other girl said they can’t give me my money back because they can’t look at cameras! I’m sure someone will be contacting the news about this scam!

I ordered a Reese’s peanut butter cake for my husband’s birthday. When I picked up the cake, IT didn’t look anything like the picture. The fudge stripes going around the cake were sporadic and there were no stripes on half of the cake. The manager said that “this is how all the cakes are done “. Also, instead of actual small Reese cups around the top of the cake, which the picture on line shows, there were crumbled unidentifiable pieces. Unacceptable

My son and I went through the drive thru tonight, and I discovered I had left Mt wallet at home. I didn't have another form of payment on me, and the really nice employee, I think the shift manager, covered our order for me. I really appreciated it, and will definitely be paying it forward! We always have a good experience at the Amherst DQ!
