Lady that closes is super sweet!! Was upset that they shut down the toaster at 9, we ordered online and picked up at 9:30 was told upon pickup that they were not toasted. Store doesn't close until 10.

I really like the food, but it is a bit expensive. Also, the "freaky fast" promise is a complete failure at this particular location. It routinely takes 30-60 minutes for me to get my order, and I'm 5 minutes from the store. I ordered today at 11:40am, it's 12:13pm now and the order is still in prep status.
