Lady that closes is super sweet!! Was upset that they shut down the toaster at 9, we ordered online and picked up at 9:30 was told upon pickup that they were not toasted. Store doesn't close until 10.

I really like the food, but it is a bit expensive. Also, the "freaky fast" promise is a complete failure at this particular location. It routinely takes 30-60 minutes for me to get my order, and I'm 5 minutes from the store. I ordered today at 11:40am, it's 12:13pm now and the order is still in prep status.

I ordered 2 club lulu’s, one for my husband and the other for my daughter, 1 giant sized and the other regular sized. My husband noticed that the bacon wasn’t right and stopped eating his sandwich. He opened both his and my daughter’s sandwich and the bacon looked gray brown like it was expired and bad!!!! The bacon doesn’t look like good bacon. You may want to check into the fresh quality that is being put onto people’s sandwiches. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be a repeat customer. Prayers for anyone who takes the risk eating from this store.

Sitting in the drive through and got my sandwich. I asked for only lettuce and onions add cucumbers. Simple right but then they put mayo on it. No big deal went back and told them when the man that took the order told the other employees we can hear the female in there mocking and laughing about how a sandwich was order. Just sad. Next time they should of closed the door all the way.
