Great sandwichesButWhen I went to pick them up, the door was locked and the 2 employees inside would not open the door, until a person who I assumed was a delivery driver, was outside at the door.

Sitting in the drive thru waiting bcuz I asked how my order of 3 combo sandwiches can total $47. After sitting probably 15 minutes, she finally opened the window and said ok $41.04. Never mind why it was off initially, but how again does $10 meals x 3 = $41.04So after much conversation back and forth between the woman who originally took the order, and the other person who came up to try and re-ring everything apparently, they said well you ordered a gigantic sandwich which is $15. I never ordered a gigantic sandwich. I didn’t even know Jimmy John’s did that. I paid bcuz I had somewhere to be and didn’t want to spend 20 minutes in the drive thru. So I asked well next time we order, are we supposed to say “not gigantic”?? They kinda shrugged their shoulders and said idk. Then closed the windows. So my husband said I’m not eating this gigantic sandwich that I didn’t order and went inside to return it. He was met by a friendly employee but then the same two from the window were less friendly and only said “it’s voided”. He asked for a receipt and they said they couldn’t provide one. I don’t know what changed here at this location. It wasn’t like this a month ago.And - if it were me working there, I would have said “oh sorry my mistake you obviously didn’t order that sandwich let me credit your card for the difference or just credit the sandwich and say thanks keep the sandwich and we hope to see you again” and get the person on their way. Definitely not what happened today. Not sure who is making these poor decisions

No big deal went back and told them when the man that took the order told the other employees we can hear the female in there mocking and laughing about how a sandwich was order. Just sad. Next time they should of closed the door all the way.

Delivery very fast Delivery guy was polite wish I gave him a bigger tip 4 dollars wasted even enough my bad and the yong lady that took me very polite
Been disappointed in the past year, even filed a report through corporate. Decided to give this location another try. Glad I did, was not disappointed! Sandwich is on point!

Upon entering, we could just feel the warmth of welcome with two gentlemen behind the counter. The atmosphere was definitely set to succeed. Might I add, the restaurant itself is very clean and well kept. Thanks for lunch ?
