This company is ridiculous. We ordered from the Cleveland location and it was terrible- missing items, dry chicken. This time we ordered from this location (Lorain), hoping it'd be better and it was just the same. We recieved the wrong size for a side (ordered large, got regular), we were missing two extra biscuits ordered, the chicken was supposed to be tenders (4 piece) but we recieved two tenders and two other pieces (breasts maybe?) and the fries and chicken were literally just thrown in the box, no order to anything. Just an absolute disgrace of a company. Will probably never be back and will let other people know to be cautious about visiting this company.
