“Road trip so stopped to get gas and go to Panera in the food court and ordered the spicy chicken fiesta sandwich (hot) received a hot fresh chicken sandwich with only chipotle dressing. The other ingredients were missing 😡🙆♀️urghh“
“I went in to grab a sandwich not knowing roughly 4 families before me had placed massive orders. It took some time, but I got what I ordered.
The staff worked hard getting all the orders out. Customers were upset at how long it took. I like to find the positive side of the situation. Each one of those employees showed up today to work. Not a misspoken word was said about how many orders they had! I did notice during this time one employee took his mandatory break and I was okay with him eating.
Im also the annoying person in line that likes to talk to help keep the good vibes going. I do take cues to shut up. After what I went through to live, life is too short to be upset over how long it takes to get a sandwich.
Praise the staff as they deserve a thank you for showing up!
Dietary restrictions: I wanted the Turkey & Bacon Club. Well it had white cheddar, I was able to exchange it out for provolone. The tomato basil bread changed that out for sourdough. I got what I ordered. You have options to explore.“
“The point of sale employees have always been fantastic to me. One in particular, Brooke, is constantly pleasant to the point that she remembers me whenever I come in and practically guesses what I'm going to get each time. Big props to her! (UPDATED 3/12/24 after confirming Brooke's name)Today was my dog's 3rd birthday and I figured I'd just run in and out for a Sip Club drink; I asked her if they offered "pup cups" and told her it was my dog's birthday. She smiled and told me to give her a minute. She returned later with a to-go cup filled with whipped cream and a couple bits of bacon sprinkled on top! I profusely thanked her, and I didn't think about it until after the fact that I should have invited her to give it to him herself to take appropriate credit for his favorite birthday present!The food here is average Panera fare, and they are just as apt as any other location to get things wrong from time to time when they get busy. But the people that work here are exceptionally pleasant and the high level of service they provide ensures that I'll continue to come back often as long as they're around.“
