Best Cains in Ohio! Staff is so attentive and friendly! Clean and well maintained. Shout out to a young lady by the name of Amari. She went above and beyond to make me and my granddaughters feel welcomed. Thank you! Keep up the great job!

One of the loudest caines I've been to, could not talk with people at the table, no one could hear each other, asked to have it turned down just a little so we can have a conversation but as though they said they would , they did not , they clearly care less about customers only if they can hear the music for themselves as they dance around in back, I'm glad they are happy with their job but the atmosphere is terrible with the music so loud I cannot recommend this caines due to this.
Rudeness is never acceptable , an me complaining about it being to loud is something since I listen to heavy metal lol.

Went in around 10am and the lady working the register was super kind and got my order out quick. The food took a few minutes and she then apologized for the wait which I was surprised about because it came out pretty quick. Food was great too, everything tasted good and was all crispy.

I ordered a 75 piece fingers tailgate and only got 8 sauces because the employees refused to give me what I paid for!!!! Supposed to get 25 sauces and got 8. Plus, weren't included with the order, had to drive all the way back and get the sauce!!!!!!!!!!

Food is delicious and Autumn, Jazzlyn, as well as other team members are delightful and an amazing team. I couldn't help but to notice (per my management experience) the great manager they have on site. As I noticed her priorities and dedications on getting the job done ✔️.
